Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material 10 - 20 thickness average from beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel or by standard power-driven percussion including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc.(Range of construction – 20 m to 22 m )

De-rusting/Cleaning of Reinforcement: Cleaning of reinforcement, removing total rust including from behind of the reinforcing bars to give it totally rust-free finished steel surface, by manual methods and by using approved rust remover Reebaklens RR of fosroc or Equivalent wherever required (cost of rust remover included). For measurement surface area of repair work will be taken, (as per direction of Engineer in Charge)(Range of construction – 20 m to 22 m )

Anticorrosive treatment: clean and rust removed steel shall be treated with epoxy-based zinc rich anti corrosive primer. The zinc rich primer shall be Nito zinc rich primer of fosroc or equivalent applied at 40 microns dry film thickness and shall comply to per ASTM B-117 and adhesive bond strength > 1.5 MPa as per ASTM D4541, etc. complete. (As per direction of Engineer in Charge)(Range of construction – 20 m to 22 m )

Epoxy Bond Coat: Providing and applying epoxy resin bonding agent which shall be a solvent free epoxy based two component resin system like Nito bond EP Fosroc or equivalent of approved make. The bonding agent shall be applied by brush & should remain in tacky state after application for a minimum period of 5-6 hrs. @ 30 deg C. Product shall achieve 10 N/mm2 shear strength as per BS 6319 standards. (For measurement, patch area of repair work will be taken.) all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Range of construction – 20 m to 22 m )

Polymer Modified Mortar for Repair on walls and bottom Slab of tank: Providing and applying a single component, ready mix powder which requires only the addition of clean water RENDEROC SP 40 to produce a highly consistent, hand and spray grade, repair mortar. W/P ratio shall be maintained 0.18, in maximum 15 - 30 mm thick layers. Applied mortar shall achieve 20 mpa in 1 day and shall compensate drying shrinkage <1000microstrain as per ASTM C-157-93 at 28 days,25 mm average thickness, (Patch work area can vary from 0.3 to 1 sqm), Make - Fosroc or Equivalent (Patch work: area can vary from 0.3 to 1 sqm), Make - Fosroc or Equivalent, (Range of construction – 20 m to 22 m )

Internal Waterproofing: Cleaning the surface and making it dust free after removal of existing loose material with the help of blower etc. All honey combing shall be repaired with Randroc HS Extra / GP 2 special repair mortar & removing of extra and loose concrete from the surface to make it smooth for waterproofing. Supply and application of cementious waterproofing membrane Nito Cote CM210, an elastomeric cementitious coating suitable to be used with potable water. The cured coating, after immersion, shall be capable of withstanding cracked substrate cyclic movement from 0 - 300 - 0 microns at 15°C for 6,000 cycles without failure. It shall have the capability to resist a positive water pressure of 5 bar and a negative water pressure of 3 bar when tested to European standard CEN/TC 67-67072:2003-part A 7 All Rainwater pipes, sanitary pipes & other related pipes to be fixed before waterproofing. Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for A. Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete. B. Supply and fixing of welded wire mesh 50X50X2 mm on existing column, beam & RCC wall with the help of nails or screws & PVC Gitty as per instructions of client representatives (as per direction of Engineer in Charge) (Range of construction – 20 m to 22 m )

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead, thickness 15 - 30 mm (Range of construction – 20 m to 22 m )

Providing and laying micro concrete with Fosroc GP2 @ Grout as per material consumption mentioned below with the help of peddle mixture concrete mixer 100 - 150 kg material consumed which covers 1 sqm area in 50 -75 mm thickness average For Jacketing of beam, columns & wall, this is the minimum requirement, material consumption will also be monitored for billing purpose.
