S&F in replacement of Acoustic enclosure suitable for 320 KVA DG Set complete including proper fixing arrangement Enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type. It well consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheet steel will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation. The enclosure is custom built to suit conditions, with the following features:-

(i) Custom built product for various equipments, with ensure the optimum performance without duration. (ii) Rugged in construction maintenance free and modular designs which facilitate easy at site. (iii) 16 SWG (1.6mm) thick CRCA Sheets to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathering action. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS 8183 for maximum sound obsorption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforated sheets. (iv) sheet metal components of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclosure against weathering action. (v) Special paint treatment with pure polyester powder/epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance. (vi) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to pump up the heat in the chamber efficiently. (vii) For effective acoustic/weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to used. (viii) Working space is to be provided around the equipment for easy maintenance/repairs. (ix) Necessary cut out provision for entry and exist of fuel lines cable to be incorporated in the enclosure as per the requirement. (x) A see through transparent window (glass or acrylic) in front of engine panel to provide for monitoring the operation. (xi) Ducting if required, bellows, mechanical hardware like locks, hinges fasteners etc to be provided. (xii) Deliverables As per manufacturer Design 75 DBA; @lmtr at 75% load under free field conditions. The temp inside the enclosure will be within as per manufacturers recommendations above ambient temp as per IS: 8528 part 10 as per approved CPCB II norms.

(xiii) The enclosure should be provided with bulk head light fitting for inside illumination. (xiv) The battaries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable insulated plaeform. (xv) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button. (xvi) The accoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The powder coating shade should be Genset Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade. (xvii) Acoustic insulation. Insulated Rock Wool fire retarded/non igniting and noise reduction type, properly clamped shall be provided on all doors, roof and sides to absorb noise. (xviii) Door locks and Door Hinges. Special designed stainless steel Door Locks and doors hinges ensuring for smooth operation and long life. (xix) Residential Silencer. Absorption type non-resistance Residential Silencer insulated from inside with glass wool shall be provided to suppress exhaust noise from the engine.

M & L for Servicing of the window AC 1.5/2 ton capacity of any make, including oiling/greasing the blower motor, cleaning the evaporator condenser coils externally to remove the dust, replacement of defective thimbles etc and re-fixing the air conditioner at its original position complete all as specified and directed. Taking down old unserviceable ceiling fan and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge including varnish material and replacement of capacitor 2.5 mfd and painting of ceiling fan with synthetic enamel paint including fan blade and fixing the same in exising position and connecting with new 1.5 Sqmm 3 core copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.
