Material and labour for steel tubular swaged pole, type 410 SP-55 (11.00 metres long) including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, cap, mild steel bolts, nuts, screws etc. including applying two coats of black bituminous paint internally and externally up to planting depth and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including writing MES LT pole and blue reflector strips with synthetic enamel paint (first grade/ quality) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Earth work and PCC work will will be measured and paid separatly under relevant item.

Material and labour for stay assembly complete accessories as shown in electrical plate No.1 (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete shall be measured separately) with 20mm stay rod complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in lean concrete in pole foundation including form work (as required) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for aluminium conductor steel reiforced (ACSR) (sizes as ordered) fixing on electric poles with binding to insulators with aluminium wire PVC insulated R, Y, B and neutral black as in OH conductors including stringing, teghtening complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of binding wire shall deem to be included in the quoted unit rate.

Re-stringing over head line ACSR conductor on existing lines by un-binding at each pin/ shackle type insulator, re-fixing the same after stretching conductors as orderedcomplete all as directed. Note: (a) Cost binding wire shall deem to be included in the quoted rate (b) Each OH line ACSR conductor shall be mearsured for payment purpose.

Material and labour for dry river sand as in sand cushioning in trenches/ ducts for protection of underground cable (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 23 cm spread thickness ( 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable) and consolidated (punned) up to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment.

Disconnecting HV/ LV connections of transformer, testing their un-servicability (open and closed circuit test) with the help of composite unit of transformer 400 KVA to 500 KVA, 11000/433 V complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No.43.00 here-in-above but transformer of 200 KVA to 315 KVA, 11000/433 V.

Taking down carefully defective transformer of 400 KVA to 500 KVA, 11000/433 V indoor/ out door and from foundation base with the help of crane, transportation from site to workshop (Dibrugarh/ Tinsukia ) and back to site after repair, lifting of transformer to base / foundation and connection HV as well as LV side to existing system , testing, re-commissioning complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No.45.00 here-in-above but transformer of 200 KVA to 315 KVA, 11000/433 V.

Opening top lid cover of transformer 400 KVA to 500 KVA, 11000/433V indoor/ out door, disconnecting all internal connections of HT/ LT side for cleaning of core and winding by means of washing by hosing down with clean dry oil to remove dust / sludge on core and coil , cleaning of oil tank to remove sludge deposited, replacement of rusted gasket set, burnt spindle, broken/ unserviceable HV/ LV ceramic bushing , broken arc horn, surge Arrestor, replacement of Silica Gel, etc. complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No.47.00 here-in-above but transformer of 200 KVA to 315 KVA, 11000/433 V. Note: For item No.47.00 and 48.00 (i) Cost of transformer oil for cleaning by hosing down shall deem to be included in the quoted unit rate . (ii) Gasket Set, HT/ LT side ceramic bushing , spindle for HT/LT side and Arc horn surge Arrestor etc for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Refixing of top lid cover of transformer 400 KVA to 500 KVA, 11000/ 433V, without any damage to transformer including refilling/ topping up dehydrated new transformer oil, carrying out testing at workshop after repairs/ maintenance and making all internal and external connections on HT/ LT side and testing on load complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No.49.00 here-in-above but for transformer of 200 KVA to 315 KVA, 11000/433 V. Note: For item No.49.00 and 50.00 (i) New transformer oil for topping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) The di-electric strength of new transformer oil shall be tested by contractor before filling in transformer.

Material and labour for winding off 11/0.433 KVLV coils of transformer, removing unserviceable insulating materials, reinsulation with new insulated materials complete and re-winding as per existing size of core of transformer including heating, varnishing, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
