Taking down defective LED street light or Flood light or High mask light or Post top lantern LED Light of any capacity viz 10W/20W/25W/30W/60/W/ 200W, fitting of any type from their existing position i.e. poles or bldg or pillers or gardens and re-fixing the same after carried out repairs i.e. replacement of LED driver,SPD , PVC wire and any other necessary connecting item and making suitable for lightning purpose, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) LED driver, and SPD , 3 core cable will be measured and paid separately under respective items .(ii) Cost of nut, bolts & washers for fixing new items is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for safely dismentling of existing high mast light 21 mtr long including flood lights, plinth area & complete operating mechanism, and safely shifting to other place within cantt area not more than 5 KM distance including transportation with necessary T&P . Re-assembling, errection, installation fixing and made functional complete in all repect including necessary foundation work all as specified & directed by Engr-In Charge.

Repair/ maint of High Mast including replacement of taking up and taking down mechanism including replacement of gear & pulley assembly for proper functing and greasing of high light fitting all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for sand cushioning with dry coarse sand to under ground cable 23 cm thick, 8 cm thick below the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat , length of bricks across the route of underground cable all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for boring hole across the Road/plinth/hard standing by trench less technology method suitable for 100mm bore pipe for 0.4 mpa working pressure for cable passing without damaging Road / Plinth /Floor complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable underground LT Cable of 2/3.5/4 core, 10 sqmm upto 240 Sqmm from trenches/ floor/ road /pipe /along poles including taking out old bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Excavation, earth work required for item shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Relaying of LT cable from 10 sqmm to 400 sqmm 2/3.5/4 core in same or other trenches/wall surfaces/flooring/road and testing on completion including good all disturbed surfaces to match with existing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work viz excavation, sand cushioning will be measured and paid seprately.

M&L for preparation old painted surfaces with synthetic enemel paint to LT steel tubbular pole 8.5/9 mtr long including clamps,brackets,chanel,cross arms,bracing support pipe for cable and swan neck etc, including zebra painting at bottom up to 1.5 mtr above from the PCC couping and writing pole No with white paint complete etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge .Note: Pole number shall be marked with white enamel paint over a base of size 20cmx20cm on prepared with two coats of black enamel paint on pole surfaces.

Supply and fix GI pipe 50/80 mm bore light grade for protection of cable including provision of MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc required for fixing pipe along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete all as specified and directred by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT panel size (up to 2.0x1.5mx0.8m) and applying spray painting with two coats of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of existing color for outdoor/indoor panel board, outer & inner side and scraping out the old paint surfaces of existing panel boards including white wash to panel foundation/PCC base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge .

Supply and fix in replacement of digital Ammeter 0 - 100 Amps & digital Voltmeter 0 - 500 Volts

Material and Labour MS work as in doors or gates or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering in doors or gates etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging , fastening and fixing complete as in compound guards of transformers, four pole/two pole structures in sub stations or doors and gates of Panles or DB's incuding painting of two coats of enamel paint over one coat of zinc coating primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Disconnection of cables/wires, repair of broken doors/gates of panels and DB's by necessary welding with painting deemed to be included in rate quoted by contractor.

Supply, fabricating , fixing structural mild steel channel angle iron, flat iron and brackets etc for fabrications of cross arms, bracings, supports, D-clamps, stiffeners, eye hooks, bolts, pole clamps and back plates including nuts, bolts and washers, welding banding cold , or hot drilling holes for insulators bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one red oxide primer coat ,one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete.(Insulators to be measured and paid for separately)

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 3.0 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, RCC/Steel tubular poles/stays and struts etc getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of PCC poles/struts as specified including necessary form work all as specified and directed.
