Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and Eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using III class country bricks of size 8 3/4"X4 1/4" X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Painting two coats for Exterior surface with approved Exterior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

Conducting Geophysical survey, quality and quantity test and transportation charges etc, (This includes labour charges in the field, rent of the vehicle for reaching the place, rent of the instrument and excluding charges for the geologist)

Drilling of 150mm dia vertical bores in hard rock formation to any required depth as directed by the departmental officers including labour charges for inserting casing pipe, assembling in the drilled hole, including welding the joints if necessary grouting the casing pipe etc, and including transportation charges for the rig and supporting vehicles from one place to another place.

Supply and delivery of unplasticised ribbed screen PVC casing pipe of the 140mm dia in 3m length with screwed and socket end and centering guide for every 15m length of pipes as per IS / 12818 / 92 and as amended from time to time to suit the borewell upto 80m depth (C.S) with ISI marking including, loading, unloading , freight, stacking and transit insurance charges etc, complete.

Labour Charges for inserting PVC casing pipes of 140 mm OD PVC Casing Pipes Assembly assembly (with slots or without slots) in the drilled hole including the jointing the pipes with PVC couplers with cement paste etc. complete

Supply and delivery of 2 HP (50 LPM x 175m) clear water vertical wet type submersible pumpset suitable for 150mm dia borewell conforming to IS 8034/2002 as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging noted LPM against head of water column due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze or Cast SS impeller, brass screws and CI FG 200 grade pump bowl/diffuser with ISI mark. The pump shall be directly coupled to a continous rated two pole suitable wet type vertical squirrel cage induction motor as per IS9283 /1995 as amended there after, suitable for operation in AC three phase 415 V+/- 10 %, 50 HZ +/- 5 % TWAD SR 2022-23 p.no:98

Supply and fixing of 40mm dia HDPE pipes for submersible pump in Bore well class - 5 1MPa or 10Kg /sqm pressure. The rate shall inclusive of all labour charges and freight charges etc, complete.

Supply and delivery 2 HP of direct online starter confirming to IS13947, IEC60947-1 and as amended thereafter with suitable KW rating for operation in AC/Three Phase/50HZ(± 5%) and 415 V(±10%) including Ammeter, Voltmeter, Thermal Overload relay, 16 Amps 2 pole Magnetic Contactor with under Voltage protection, Indication lamp, starting capacitor, running capacitor and On/Off Push button switches, 5 way connector, wiring with 1 sq. mm/1.5 sq. mm copper PVC insulated cable, powder coated vermin proof box including the capacitor (the cost of capacitor is to be taken separately).
