Supply, delivary & storage of 400 mm dia CIDF Non- Rising Spindle Sluice Valve (PN ratings 1.6) generally confirming to IS-14846, having body door /dome/Bonnet and cover of cast Iron Gr FG 260, Spindle of IS 6603, Gr-12 cr-13, spindle nut & seat rings are of Gunmetal as per IS:318 LTB 2. Flanges flat faced and drilled to IS:1538 Part IV & VI, Valves are suitable for maximum working pressure of 10/16 kg/sqcm (seat test) and body tested to 15/24 kg/sqcm 350 NB and above valves should be provided with enclosed gear box and antifriction device for ease of operation. All the valves should be tested by closed end method only. Including loading & unloading. [Make - IVI/ any equivalent Dept. approved]

Dismantling the existing 400 mm dia CIDF Non- Rising Spindle Sluice Valve fitted on the delivery pipeline, using suitable hoisting arrangement/mechanism, with the engagement of required skilled and unskilled manpower, along with necessary spares, tools, and tackles, and carefully shifting/moving the dismantled valve to a designated safe place within the premises, as directed by the EIC.

Fitting and fixing of the newly supplied 400 mm dia. CIDF Non-Rising Spindle Sluice Valve [ref. sl.no. 1.01] at its existing position in the delivery pipeline, including supply of required number of nut-bolts (as per approved sample), washers, gaskets, etc., with the engagement of necessary skilled labour, followed by testing, commissioning, and satisfactory trial run, all complete as per the direction of the EIC.

Supply, delivery and storage at site of 1 HP Self-Priming Pumping Machinery, complete with all standard accessories as supplied by the manufacturer, duly packed with the following specification: Discharge : 2900 to 520 lph Head : 10 to 50 mtr. [Make- Kirloskar Brothers Limited (India)./ any equivalent Dept. approved]

Installation, fixing and jointing of the above supplied pump machinery (ref. sl.no. 2.01), including supply, delivery, and fitting of 25 mm dia. UPVC pipes (medium duty) (3 mtr.) with necessary ball valve (1 no.), 90° bends (10 nos.), union (2 nos.) sockets (4 nos.), tees (3 nos.), specials, gaskets, and other fittings/accessories, complete with cutting, threading, solvent-welding, alignment, and leak-proof jointing, to form the required piping arrangement with the installed vacuum pump, followed by testing, commissioning, and satisfactory trial run, all complete as per the direction of the EIC.

Painting of installations (such as pumps, valves, pipelines, etc.) with two coats of epoxy paint of approved make and brand (colour as decided by the EIC), applied over a coat of suitable primer, including thorough surface preparation (cleaning, rubbing with sand paper/emery paper, etc.) to ensure proper adhesion of paint, complete in all respects as per the direction of the EIC.
