Excavation in Ordinary Soil : (i) Excavation in Cutting in Soil by manual means with lead upto 50 m: Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 (Manual method should be adopted where machines can not be deployed due to site condition)

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification clause 301.4 (By Mechanical Means)

Embankment Construction with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits: Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirment of table 300-2 ( including compensation of earth.( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (I) From private land.

Construction of sub grade & earthen shoulders : Construction of Sub grade & Earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300.2 (including compensation of earth) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) i) From private land.

Granular Sub-base with coarse graded materials (Table : 400-2) : Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing coarse Graded Materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacted with vibratory roller to achieve the desired complete as per cl. 401 (with an initial lead of 5.0 Km) i) For Grading I Material

Wet Mix Macadam: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. By Mechanical Means with 1 km lead

Prime Coat : (i) Low Porosity Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat : (III) Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared non bituminous surfaces (cement concrete pavement) cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam: (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth provided,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (I) With hydrated lime/cement as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification. (A) with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for GradingII(19 mm nominal size)

Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (I) With hydrated lime/cement as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification (A)With 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii)for Grading II (13 mm nominal size)

Retro reflectorised Traffic Sign : Providing and erecting of Retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminum sheeting, 2mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mmx75mmx6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. (All steel work must be Tata/SAIL or nay other approved brand) ii) 60 cm equilateral triangle.

Providing and Fixing 'Logo' of PMGSY Project: Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges.The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface: Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Tree Plantation: Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for three Year (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering , fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for three year.

Utility Shifting

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.
