TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORKS IN ZONE B AND OD COMPLEX AREA UNDER GE (E) MATHURA

To perform such services and execute such works upon the term and condition contrained & referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions thereafter contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of one year from the date mentioned in the acceptance letter at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES schedule. Notes:- (a) The e-tenderer to insert rate percent at the 2nd row hereafter under column No 5 of this BOQ in Microsoft Excel sheet. (b) The e-tenderer shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) at the 2th row hereafter under column No 4 of this BOQ in Microsoft Excel sheet to quote the percentage above /below MES Schedule of rate Part-II 2020 (rates) (c) In case any bidder desire to offer rates at par SSR shall insert "0" at the 2nd row and under column No 5 of this BOQ in Microsoft Excel Sheet. (d) Amount insert by the MES under rate column and total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only. Being term contract, shall be priced at rates given in SSR Part -II 2020 (rates) and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the e-tenderer on this page. (e) In case of no percentage is offered the e-tender shall be considered as 'Blank'. (f) The total work orders for various works/services however shall be placed during the contract period within this estimated amount. The work/services shall be ordered through work order to be priced at MES schedule Rates Part-II 2020 (Rates) duly adjusted by percentage rate quoted by the contractor.
