Lift - MRL type Supply,Installation Testing & Commissioning of Customised 06 Passenger (G+3) MRL lift at Transit accommodation Allowpora Shopian Phase II (excluding all the civil works). The lift shall be suitable for 06 passengers, of standard design having speed 1m/s serving from Ground, 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor i.e. 04 stops and 04 landings. After proper curing apply a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietry water proofing compound. The job includes finishing the surface with 20mm thick jointless cement morter of mix 1:4

Electric Works Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3 Phase-30 KVA Servo-Stabilizer including oil and all allied electrical acessories with earthing. The stabiliser should have following specifications: a) Capacity: 30 KVA, 3-phase unbalanced type b) Input: (100-265) V AC P-N; (180 - 460) V AC P-P c) Output: 415 V ± 1% - phase to phase d) Supply: 3 phase, 4 wires, 50Hz e) Operation: Automatic f) Duty cycle: Continuous g) Transformer windings: Copper wound on CRGO laminations as per IS specifications h) Cooling: Oil cooled i) Efficiency: Better than 98% at full load j) Overload capacity: 15% for continuous 4 hours k) Waveform distortions: Nil l) High speed voltage correction: up to 8V to 20V per second m) Protections: Under voltage, Over voltage and Overload with time delay n) Other features: LED indicators, Digital AC ammeter, AC voltmeter, Frequency meters, Phase Sequence meters, Single phase preventer, Stabilizer by-pass arrangement.

Incomer: 1. MCCB 100A 4P 01 No (30kA breaking capacity) of reputed make preferably L&T/ABB/Schneider. 2. Front Operated Manual Change Over (100A ) 01 No. (4P) 3. MCCB 80A TPN (18kA breaking capacity) of reputed make preferably L&T/ABB/Schneider. 4. 100A Aluminum 4 Pole Bus Bar –01 set 5. Digital Voltmeter with Selector Switch 6. Digital Ammeter with Selector Switch & CT’s 7. Phase Indicator Set Outgoing feeders: a) 40A Four Pole MCBs C curve (10 kA breaking Capacity)- 02 No's of reputed make preferably L&T/ABB/Schneider. The job is inclusive of the cost on account of concrete foundation/footing for resting of the Control Panel.

Providing / Fitting of 3.5 core, 35 sqmm XLPE, PVC sheathed, armoured Al cable from Servo Stabilizer to Control Panel with other required accessories cable glades,clamps,saddles for proper connections and fixings of suitable rating for proper laying/connections as per relevant standards, to be laid as per requirement. (To be Paid as per actual)
