Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 10mm thick in cemet mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement and fixing of chicken wire gauge where directed complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC and chicken wire gauge will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Make : Pidilite/Sika

Supply only chicken wire mesh 22 gauge of size not less than 20X20mm complete all as specified and directed. Make : Swastik or equivalent as approved

M&L for cement plastering 5mm thick in cemet mortar 1:3 as on ceilings or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying acrylic thick wall care putty on internal/external surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and directed. Make of wall Putty : JK wall Putty / Birla Wall care Putty / Bison Wall Putty. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (white shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats to ceiling surfaces over & including a coat of interior primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. Make of Interior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Interior Emulsion : Asian (TRACTOR) / Berger (BISON) / Nerolac (BEAUTY SMOOTH)

Applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. Make of Exterior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Exterior Emulsion : Asian (ACE) / Berger (WALMASTA) / Nerolac (SURAKSHA SUPERIOR)

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM(bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises

M&L for 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) as in floors etc complete all as specified.

M&L for single charge, stainfree, vitrified tiles, Premium (1st) quality straight edge, coloured tiles 600 X 600 mm and 9-10 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light coloured tiles as approved, set and jointed adhesive of Sika (Ceram Grey) @ 5 Kg/sq.m and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified. M&L for single charge, stainfree, vitrified tiles, Premium (1st) quality straight edge, coloured tiles 600 X 100 mm and 9-10 mm thick in any pattern of light coloured tiles as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, length of each unit not less than 600 mm and height not more than 150mm, set and jointed adhesive of Sika (Ceram Grey) @ 5 Kg/sq.m over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified. Providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality digitally printed straight edge, punched, glazed ceramic rectangle tile in approved shade and finish with flexural strength greater than 16 N/mm2, scratch hardness on Moh’s Scale minimum 3 and crazing resistance of 2 cycles in coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified. Note : Dado should be flushed with the wall plastering. Providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality straight edge, ceramic tiles WA value between 3% to 6% , flexural strength greater than 22N/mm², scratch resistance on mohs scale greater than 4 and crazing resistance of 2 cycles in 300x300x7 to 8 mm thick in floors etc. in any shade and design/pattern of light & dark tiles etc as approved matching with wall tiles, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in matching colored polymer cement based grout to match complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Johnson (Digital HD Tiles) (Barstow for Toilets & Verona for Kitchens) or equivalent from Kajaria/Somany as approved by AO

M&L for granite marble, machine cut as in shelves/steps/cills/jambs/skirting/dado/cladding/border only in tile flooring and the like works and flooring etc, 15-16 mm thick including bull-nose the exposed sides/lengths, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab for fixing on concrete surfaces or with suitable adhesive for fixing on un-polished kota stone slabs including rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing and including dismantling/demolition complete all as specified. Note : Single piece should be used in steps/cills/jambs/shelves.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring of size 580 x 580 mm each & 18-20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry including border of 100mm wide baroda green/white mable as per pattern approved over & including screed of 20-22 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing complete all as specified. Note : 1. All the edges of slabs shall be grinded/cutted at the right angle before laying, so that paper thin, smooth jointing to be obtained. 2. The colour of the slabs shall be uniform.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as in skirting of 18-20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing complete all as specified .
