Supplying and fixing in position an Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm, made of white glazed earthenware of approved quality and brand, with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS standards. The closet is to be fixed over a bed of crushed stone sand cushion, with flooring formed around it using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete (1:2:5), consisting of one part lime, two parts crushed stone sand, and five parts brick jelly, at a thickness of 100mm. The top should be finished to the required slope, including necessary connections to CI soil pipes, with the cost covering a 100mm diameter CI pipe for a length of 600mm. The work involves dismantling brick masonry walls, reinforced cement concrete roofs, or floor slabs where required and restoring the dismantled portions to their original condition without leakages. Supplying and fixing in position white/colour glazed European Water Closet of the best quality and approved make, with a 100mm "P" or "S" trap connecting to a CI pipe of 100mm diameter or a PVC pipe of 110mm diameter. It includes a double-flapped rigid PVC black seat and seat cover with CP brass hinges, along with the cost of white cement and cement for packing, spun yarn, teak wood plugs, and brass screws.
