Dismantling plastering: Dismantling wall plastering (either in cement mortar or lime mortar), removing, transporting and disposal of the debris with all lead and lift etc. complete

Dismantling tile work: Dismantling tile work in floor and roof laid in cement mortar including stacking the materials with all lead and lift etc., complete.

Cement concrete Solid blocks: Providing and constructing non load bearing wall with solid concrete blocks of size 400x100x200mm having a block density not less than 1800kg/cum having minimum average compressive strength of 4.00N/mm2 confirming to IS 2185 (Part 1): 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing, hire charges of machineries et., complete as per specifications. KBS No5.4

Centering /shuttering for RCC platform: KSRB 4-6.10: Providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting propping etc., for RCC platform etc., including edges including cost of all materials, labour complete as per specifications. Specification No. KBS 4.6.2

TMT steel reinforcement for RCC work: KSRB 4.9.2: Providing TMT steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and / or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to adjoining members wherever necessary, all laps and wastage complete as per design (laps, hooks and wastage shall not be measured and paid) cost of materials, labours, HOM of machinery complete as per specifications. Specification No. KBS 4.6.3. Fe-500 grade TMT steel from the primary producers such as SAIL/ TISCO/ RINL/ IISCO/ VIZAG as approved by the Ministry of Steel shall only be used.

M20 for RCC Platform: KSRB 4.2.8: Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of design mix - M20 - with OPC cement at 320 kgs/ PPC/ PSC cement with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates at 0.69 cum and clean sieved fine aggregates at 0.46 cum with superplasticizer at 3ltrs conforming to IS 9103 -1999 Reaffirmed-2008,machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, vibrated for RCC works of all sizes including cost of all materials, labour HOM of machinery curing complete as per specifications (excluding cost of steel and fabrication charges). Design mix test should conform to IS 456:2000 - Specification No. KBS 4.1, 4.6.

Polished Cudapa slabs : Providing 20mm thick polished cudapa slab using cement mortar 1:6 25mm thick over existing cement concrete bed or top of roof laid to line and level and jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including cost of materials, labour, curing, polishing complete as per specifications., Specification No. KBS

Colour glazed tiles for wall dadooing – In ground floor: Providing and laying/ fixing coloured glazed tiles of size 300x450mm, 6mm thick- for walls, with borders of size 300x100mm set in CM 1:3, pointed with white cement mixed with matching colour pigment including providing and removing scaffolding wherever necessary, cost of materials, labour, curing, cleaning , HOM of equipments etc. complete as per specification [ Make - Naveen/ Kajaria/ Johnson/ Regency/Somany or equivalent make].

Nosing for Cudapa: Providing half nosing for 20mm thick cadapa slab using required machinery including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for all items of work, HOM of equipment, necessary scaffolding etc., complete as per specification.

12mm thick Plastering in cm 1:4:- (Ceiling) : Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in single coat with cement mortar 1:3, to Ceiling surface including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labours, coring complete as per specifications.

15mm thick Plastering in cm 1:4 – (wall surface) : Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in single coat with cement mortar 1:4, to wall surface including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labours, coring complete as per specifications.

Laboratory sink: Providing and fixing laboratory sink of white glazed fire clay of size 600x 450x200 mm with M.S / CI brackets, CP brass chain with rubber plug, 32mm C.P brass waste, tap with union, brass stop cock complete, painting of fittings and brackets, curring and making good the wall and floor wherever required, including cost of materials labour complete as per specifications.

Plastic emulsion painting for Ceiling surface – in two coats: Providing and applying painting in two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand (Asian Emulsion/ Nerolac/ Berger/ Nitco/ equivalent) over one coat of Asian paints Deco Prime wall primer / equivalent on ceiling surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface, free from mortar drops and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of all material, labour etc complete as per specifications.

Plastic emulsion painting for walls –in two coats: Providing and applying painting in two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand (Asian Emulsion/ Nerolac/ Berger/ Nitco/ equivalent) over one coat of Asian paints Deco Prime wall primer / equivalent on wall surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface, free from mortar drops and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of all material, labour etc complete as per specifications.

Solid PVC Door frame: Providing and fixing factory-made PVC door frame of size 50x47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet metered cut at corners and jointed 2 Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15x15mm M.S square tube, the entire door frame to be reinforced with 19x19mm M.S Square tube of 19 gauge. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S Screws of 65/80mm size complete as per manufacturers specifications and direction of Engineer -in-charge.

GRP Door shutter 32 mm thick – Providing and fixing factory made single leaf rigid GRP Sandwich composite door shutter of 32mm thick, laminated with two GRP skins with wood grain finish, fabricated using U.V- stabilized Isopthalic Gelcoat and on layer of 450gsm E-Glass Chopped strand Mat (CSM), impregnated with orthopthalic polyester resin. The thickness of the skins shall not be less than 1.5mm. Expanded polystyrene EPS) structural foam panel of 29mm thickness and a density of 20 kg/m3 shall be used as core material. Wooden reinforcements made of Seasoned Salwood block of cross section not less than 28x32mm and also necessary salwood reinforcements for fixing the metal fittings such as tower bolts, aldrops, handles, etc., shall be provided. A structural adhesive compatible with EPS foam shall be used for bonding the core material, the salwood reinforcement and the skins. The material and process for manufacturing the door shutters shall conform to RV/TIFAC Composites Design center Standards and specifications and the door shutters tested in conformation to IS 4020-1994. The finish of shutter will be plain colour White/Ivory/Beige/Light Grey or any other colour using high quality pigments, and inclusive of supply of shutter to respective work spot (excluding cost of fixture)

Long body bibcock: Providing and fixing in position Long body bibcock of approved quality and make ( JAL / CERA / ARK / JAQUAR / equivalent ) 15mm nominal bore and suitable size to fix the existing pipe line of WC as per the sample displayed including cost of all materials, labour, transportation complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer Incharge

Brass stop cock : Providing and fixing in position brass stop cock of approved quality 20mm nominal bore including cost of all material, labour and HOM with all lead and lift etc complete as per specification .
