Repair ,maintenance and making the continuity of supply after rectifying the defects of the electrical items such as switches , distribution boards , MCB light /power , lamp holders – bracket / pendent /batten , bell /buzzer , Bell push button , ceiling rose, ceiling fan. geyser ,capacitors and other similar electrical items / fittings etc , including provisioning of small pieces of electrical cables of size 1.5 sqmm to 10 sqmm single core and length not increasing 0.50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge . Note:- Following shall be the part of job (i) Maintaining record of complaints/ complaints slip as per docket no and as directed by Engr in charge (ii) complaint slip/ complaint registed and stationory reqd (iii) No light complaint shall be attended irrespective of external/ internal or irrespective of OTM or Md Accn . (iv) Defective item any reqd to be replaced shall be measuered and paid under supply only here in after and Labour componat shall be part of this item. Avg 50 complaints are to be attended . Contractor to deploy adequate No of man power in three shifts. All the complaints are to be attended on the same day within 24 Hrs including updating the complaint records. Record of total complaints along with user signed slip shall be put up to Engr-in-charge daily. Record shown in the register will read out No of complaints lodged , attended and outstanding if any with slips . (i) Penal charges @ 250 per complaint shall be recoved for failing to attend the complaints within 24 Hrs (ii) @ 1000/- per day for non producing registed to the Engr-in-charge (iii) The contractor shall provide Unit group telephone facility to all the deployed persons and no of all the SIMs shall be given to Engr-in-charge within 15 days of commencement of work. For non adhereance of this clause Rs 10000/- shall be recoverd for the month.
