Following detailed work are to be done for M&R work in 220kV Switchyard at 220kv Sub-Station Chinhat, Lucknow for attending the Oil leakeage by replacement of Gasket at various locations of the transformer and assosiated work with all men ,material and T&P crane & centrifusing machine with operator etc. required for satisfactory completion of the work.

Partially dismantling & safe stacking of emulsifier air pipe line, water pipe line and proper stacking of 200 MVA Transformer.

Safe carriage of 50KL oil tank for centrifusing of transformer oil from any 400/220 kv substation store in lucknow(approx distance 110km) and after completion of work return the oil tank including loading,carriage and unloading .

Drain out of theTransformer oil (Approx. 40KL ) from 200 MVA Transformer tank into two 50KL oil storage tanks and empty oil drums including opening of value and proper stacking of Transformer oil drum.

Dismantlling of 200 MVA Transformers HV/LV/TV/Neutral bushing and its Turrent after opening leakage pipe line, inlet/outlet valve, inspection cover,OLTC top & bottom plate, Buchholz relay, PRV and dismantling of HV &LV LA for replacment of gasket.

Providing, making and fixing of new bottom cover gasket of 200 MVA Transformer after opening of nut bolt, removal of damaged gasket, cleaning of bottom surface..

Providing, making and fixing of new HV turrent gasket.

Providing, making and fixing of new LV turret gasket.

Providing, making and fixing of new gasket of inspection cover.

Providing, making and fixing of new gas kit for 6" butterfly valve.

Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for 6" radiator pipe line.

Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for C.T. inspection cover TV.

Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for 1" dia pipe line gasket.

Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for surge relay gasket.

Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for Buchholz relay.

Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for PRV.

Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for OLTC bottom plate.

Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for 1" dia valve.

Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for 4" dia valve.

Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for 2" dia valve.

Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for TV bushing.

Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for Neutral bushing.

Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for WTI/OTI pocket.

Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for expansion joint.

Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for OLTC top plate.

Loading of 145 kv bushing at 400kv s/s sultanpur and Unloading of 145KV Bushing at 220KV substation Chinhat.

Safe carriage of 145kv bushing from 400kv substation sultanpur to 220kv s/s chinhat by proper packing (approx 130km)Contractor will be responsible for any damage in bushing.

Erection of HV/LV/TV/ Turrent and bushing,6", 4" & 3" oil pipe line, OLTC pipe line, inspection cover and HV &LV LA etc for completion of work.

Opening and Rejumpering work of HV & LV bushings of 200MVA transformer

Shifting of various dismantled old ,used and scattered equipments in switchyard and proper stacking them in store area.

Complete evacuation of 200 MVA transformer Main tank and providing & filling of Dry N2 of dew point -50°C or better in vaccum up to pressure 0f 0.25 kg/Cm and then again evacuating the Transformer tank after required time interval [approx 24/48 Hrs] using centrifuging machine. Time work shall include connecting pipe of machine as required and measuring Dew point values of Dry Nitrogen before & after every cycle till the required value is achived [01 Job for 02 cycles required for job completion]

Performing the vacuum stand test, the scope of work involves creating the vacuum inside the transformer upto -760 mm of hg fro evacuation of misture from ciore and winding and manitaining the pressure for atleast 72 hrs.

Centrifuging of approx 40KL T/F oil of 200MVA T/F in Main Tank. Radiators or oil Tank by connecting minimum 12 KLPH Centrifuging Machine with New Filters for dehydration of Oil, Windings etc and taking & recording BDV values of oil and IR values of Transformer winding periodically till the required values is reached including filling & Top-up of oil in Main Tank, Radiators, Conservator Tank, OL TCs etc, after necessary preparation in 20 KL storage oil tanks as per direction of supervising Engineer/standard practices.

Refilling of transformer oil from tank and oil drums

Complete testing of Transformer Bushing, with Standard Testing Equipments with valid calibration certificates, Following tests are to be done. Tan- delta and capacitance measurement at standard as well as variable frequencies of 03 Nos HV, 03 Nos IV and 3 Nos LV bushings [Using Omicron/Megger kit] b LV testing of Transformer including magnetisation current tests, magnetic ballance test measurement of winding resistance [Omicron Kit], vector group, insulation resitance measurement core insulation tests, voltage ratio tests , short circuit tests, open circuit test. Test reports are to be compiled and submitted in required formats as per the satisfaction of competent authority.

Erection of emulsifire system air/water pipeline and all other associated works after proper replacement of gasket and recentrifuging of 200 MVA Transformer-IInd at 220 kv substation Chinhat, lucknow.

Following Painting works are to be carried out at 220 KV Sub Station Chinhat, Lucknow as per direction of S.D.O / JE. (M) Concerned & Technical Specification, with all cost of men materials. Misc,consumables and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Spray Painting of 220/132 KV 200 MVA Transformer (Aditya make) including Outside complete Spray Painting of the main / OLTC Conservator tanks, Radiators, Headers, associated Pipe Line , Support Structures, Marshalling Box , Driving Machanism Box etc. of the Transformars by applying 1 coat of Red Oxide Primer first and then applying 2 coats of Light Grey Colour (BS381 631) 1st quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of ASIAN/BERGER/NEROLAC make at proper interval each with the help of spray Painting Machine after due rubbing & cleaning of the rusted surfaces,cleaning & washing of dust /dirt / Oil deposits from surfaces and also Spray /Brush painting of following Mulsifire pipe line rings of 220/132kv 200MVA ransformer (Aditya make) with one coat of Red-oxide primer & two coats of standard make post-office red 608-4 Synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality after cleaning of rust,dust and oily surface.
