Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders masanory built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashler facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articals complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall & ceiling including raking out joint, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) n. exc 1.5 sqm including making good dismantled portion by brickwork, concrete (1:2:4) or CM(1:3) and plastering complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm n exc 4 sqm including making good dismantled portion by brickwork,cement concrete (1:2:4) or CM(1:3) and plastering each complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and paving n exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) un-reinforced concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 40 mm dia steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specified and directed.
