Making chases up to 7.5x7.5 cm in walls including making good and finishing with matching surface after housing G.I. pipe etc.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 5/6 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2 Seater Module Conference Table (2-Seater Module) including all internal Wiring upto nearest DB , Switch Sockets & Modules, Recessed in table top or as approved by Engineer In charge (Associated Civil & Electrical work shall be paid separately).

Specification :The table shall have an overall dimension of 1350 mm (L) × 600 mm (W) × 740–750 mm (H) per module including head module and modular in nature with knock-down construction, allowing reconfiguration based on room layout. Top Surface: Made from 36 mm thick E1-P2 grade MDF, one-side pre-laminated as per IS:14587:1998. The top shall have a 0.4 mm thick approved decorative laminate finish or with 0.4mm PVC membrane pressed on to top, with machine-pressed 2 mm thick PVC edge banding on all sides including head module as per layout of Room. Understructure: Made from 25 mm & 18 mm thick pre-laminated twin particle board (E1-P2 grade) conforming to IS:12823:1990/2015. The structure shall include Modesty Panel: 600 mm high, 18 mm thick pre-laminated board with 2 mm PVC lipping.Gable Ends: 25 mm thick pre-laminated board with matching 2 mm PVC lipping. Aluminium Profile: Sections made from Aluminium Alloy 63400-WP used to interconnect panels for structural rigidity. Reinforcement: Bottom of worktop shall be reinforced to prevent sagging and ensure long-term durability. Aesthetic Accent Strip: Provided below worktop in 0.8 mm CRCA steel as per IS:513, epoxy polyester powder-coated (DFT 40–70 microns), in approved shade.

Cable Management: Access Flap: CRCA sheet (1.2 mm) or ABS plastic, epoxy polyester powder-coated, provided on tabletop for cable entry. Cable Raceway: 0.8 mm CRCA MS epoxy powder-coated cable routing tray under tabletop. Vertical Cable Carrier: ABS plastic Vertibrae (850 mm length × 65 mm dia) for vertical cable routing (if specified). Electrical Provision: Provision for Anchor Roma or approved 6-module plate beneath the worktop. Certifications (To be provided by manufacturer):ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 ,BIFMA Membership,AIOTA Certificate,Greenguard (UL) / IGBC Membership (CII) all as per direction of Engineer In-charge. Note :The above table should be finished / completed as per above mentioned pecifications including providing and fixing of other related materials etc. complete or as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.
