Supply, Erection, Testing, Commissioning and Handing over of 4 Body's each Mortuary cabinet type as detailed below.A) Supply, Fabrication and erection of One number PUF insulated cabinet type mortuary like Blue star Model No. BMC 610 to hold 6 bodies in 2-tier arrangement as per the following specifications and provisions. 1) External cabinet dimension of 3168mm (W)X 2402 mm (D) x 1785mm (H) suitable for bodies cabinet with panel thickness not less than 60mm.2) Insulation with 60mm thick PUF panels with 35 to 40 Kg / cu.mt.2) Insulation with 60mm thick PUF panels with 35 to 40 Kg / cu.mt.4) Individual doors for each body with chrome plated hinges and locks.4) Individual doors for each body with chrome plated hinges and locks.5) All panels to be joined together by means of tongue and groove and locked together by means of poise cam locks on each side to ensure air tightness. Foamed in PVC bubble gasket in all panels.6) 'L' shaped corner panel in a single piece in all four corners.7) Edges of the doors and door openings to be finished with PVC lining.8) Electronic Temperature, Indicator cum controller, vapour proof, incandescent light fixture with lamp with plastic coated globe.9) Pilot light to alert the personnel on the outside of the cabinet.10) Toggle switches to operate the vapour proof light and pilot light mounted on the outside of cabinet with stainless steel cover plate protection.

B) Supply fabrication and erection of one number split mounted type roof top mounted refrigeration system to maintain +2° C to +6°C inside the 6 body mortuary cabinet with the following specifications of capacity not less than 10000 BTU / Hr. Constructed of GI panels with suitable compressor of make Kirloskar Cap land with condenser with condenser coil, evaporator with evaporator fan motor with suction discharge and liquid refrigerant piping and expansion device etc. complete like Blue star model No. RTU -10. Operating on with power supply at 230V +/- 10 % /single phase / 50Hz AC supply.C) Supply, fabrication and erection of 6Nos. of MS powder coated telescopic structure sliding in the fixed channel within the cabinet each to hold 120 Kgs of weight when it is stretched fully out.D) Supply, fabrication and fixing of 6 Nos. of stainless steel trays with rollers and bush bearing to keep body on the telescopic structure inside the cabinet.E) Providing 2" thick raised concrete platform of suitable size to keep the 6 body mortuary cabinets.F) Providing drainage piping from the evaporator and cabinet to lead drain water just outside the cabinet room.G) Including packing and forwarding charges.

Supply and Installation of 5KVA Electronic Automatic Voltage Stabilizer V-GUARD make VGS 500 Model with Input Voltage range of 170Volt – 270 Volt and Output Voltage range 200Volts to 240 Volts with High and Low Voltage cut off and 3 minutes time delay relay with demonstration.

Supply and fixing of 4'20W LED fitting with LED Tube complete with conduit pipe suspension from the ceiling with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting.

Supply and fixing of 30W LED Focus light with connection arrangements.

Supply and fixing of 48W LED street light fitting with 1 metre 25mm dia GI pipe (class B) with 1 no 25mm dia GI bend complete on the existing post/wall with PVC unsheathed copper leads MS clamps with aluminium painting with connecting leads from terminals to the fitting.

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan High speed complete with 2 module 100W fan step regulator (Higher end) with 300 mm down rod with fan clamp with side plates and cross arm of size 450mm (18")

Supply and fixing of 450 mm (18") sweep (light duty) AC exhaust fan complete with necessary wall opening and making good of the wall .

Supply and fixing of louvers shutters for 450 mm (18") sweep AC exhaust fan.

Supply and fixing of 300mm (12") sweep (light duty) AC exhaust fan complete without provision of hole in the wall with louvers

Supply and fixing of 4 way Vertical Triple pole and neutral MCB sheet steel enclosure distribution board with double door (metal) with 1 no. 63A 4P MCB switch as incoming and 12 nos. 6A to 32A SP MCB as outgoing in flush with wall with earth connection only. Higher End

Supply and laying of 3 1/2 x 35sq.mm PVC armoured LTUG cable in a suitable HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre and refilling the earth to make good.(Genset to Mainswitch and Ex.VTPN DB to Mortuary TPN DB)

Supply and calrniping of 3 1/2 X 35 sq.mm PVC LTUG armoured LTUG cable on post or on wall with MS Clamps.

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3 1/2 x 35 sqmm PVC armoured LTUG cable with earth connection.

Supply and providing cable end termination of 3 1/2 x 35 sqmm PVC LTUG Aluminium armoured cable with necessary aluminium cable sockets by crimping etc. with electrical connection complete.

Supply , Erection, Testing, Commissioning & Handing over of 1 No 40 KVA Diesel Generator set approved Kirloskar make Engine Model 4K1080 TA ( Meeting Emission & Noise norms ), 0.8PF, Three phase, 415 Volts, 50 c/s, 1500 RPM CPCB approved canopy compressing of Engine 154 BHP / Suitable BHP, 3 Cylinder of liquid cooled clockwise rotating, feed put up with 16 KW /20 KVA operating capacity brush less alternator close coupled underneath fuel tank standard , safeties LOP with stop solenoid, battery with lead, Electric start and vibration fitting & accessories as detailed below including transportation.& unloading charges A. Engine : Kirloskar / Green /Ashok leyland/ Crompton Greaves Equivalent Air cooled diesel engine, Cylinder - 4, suitable for generating application with a shaft output of suitable capacity at 1500 RPM under NTP condition. SAFETY SYSTEM OF ENGINE: The Engine shall trip for the following conditions with visual alarm device 1) Low lubricating Oil pressure 2) High Water temperature 3) Vee- belt failure and over speed The following visual indicator should also be provide Low Battery Indication B.12V / 24 Volt Electronic Starting Equipment : Complete with starter motor, dynamo, standard batteries 25 plate / 100 AH with 50 sqmm cable, flexible exhaust piping of 50cms length.C. Engine instrument panel mounted: Starting push button / starting key, lubricating oil temporature gauge, lubricating oil pressure gauge, safety control for over speed, hour meter ( mechanical ) and RPM indicator, battery charging ammeter. The engine should be capable of providing 10% over load for one hour an every 11 hours continuous at full load. D. ALTERNATOR: 20 KVA / 16 KW Kirloskar / Crompton / Standard / ELGI / Equivalent capacity of brush less alternator AC three phase 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 0.80 PF 4 wire self excited, self regulated design to run at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions confirming to IS 4722 BS EN 60034-1 to be coupled directly to the diesel engine and test certificate. E. BASE FRAME: The base frame should be fabricated MS channel frame of rigidly welded construction for mounting the generator set.

The engine and alternator should be coupled by suitable designed diaphram type flexible coupling with guard and mounted on the base frame with proper alignment. The supply of generator set including loading, unloading and transporation charges.G. Fuel Tank - 65 liters Removable fuel tank shall be fabricated out of 14SWG CRCA MS sheet and is part of base frame. It is duly painted and fitted with inlet and outlet connections and mechanical fuel gauge and drain plug and suitable fuel lines within acoustic enclosure. Fuel tank should be easily be accessible for cleaning or any maintenance.H. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE Supply of the Acoustic Enclosure ( Kirlosker /Green / Equivalent ) suitable for 20 KVA Diesel Generator set. The Acoustic enclosure shall be of nut bolt type construction with the provision to assemble and dismantle easily and designed to sult all weather conditions. The construction details / specifications of ACOUSTIC MODULES Outer Body 16 SWG CRCA sheet steel. Door : 2mm thick CRCA sheet.nner surface : 0.8mm thick GI perforated sheet. Perforation area should be 2/ 3 of total area.nsulation : 100mm thick fire retardant Rock wool / Equivalent mineral wool ( Density 80 / 100 kg / m3 ) or as approved by competent authority to suit CPCB norms. SKELETON STRUCTURE. Channels : Should not be less than ISMC 75 and ISMC 100.

Cleats : Should not be less than angle 40x 6mm and 50x6mm.The control panel is suitably designed to mounted inside the enclosure and enclosure door is provided with panel viewing window made from glass / acrylic and sealed with neoprene rubber gasket. The enclosure should be complete with A. Arrangement for power cable connection for supply to load.B. Residential exhaust silencer with flexible base arrangements.C. Suction louvers.D. Discharge louvers.E. Openable and lockable doors on both the sides ( two doors in each side with air tight Neoprene rubber gasket.) F. Interior lighting arrangement - 1 No lamp with ON / OFF switch.G. Lifting arrangements.The emergency stop and a suitable meter with display to indicate inside ambient temperature of the enclosure panel. The enclosure should be only polyprolyster based coated inside and outside. The enclosure provided shall be only approved by the engine manufacturer of the endinge provided for Diesel Generator set , mounted inside and should be to the satisfaction of inspection / testing authority concerned.

Providing suitable concrete foundation with cement concrete 1 : 2: 4 with sand cushion all around the foundation erection of 40KVA Generator set over the existing foundation and erection of generator set with proper alignment over the existing foundation

Supply and Run of 1 of No.8 SWG copper wire in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall / floor / ground for earth connection.

Supply and run of 25mm x 3mm tinned copper flat with necessary clamps / supports on wall / floor / ground for earth connection.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1mt class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm, with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm, with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry.
