12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even smooth S.I No 13.4

2 cm thick cement plaster in dado of skirting in 1;2 consisting of one part of cement & two parts of approved coarse sand laid in panels finished with 3 mm floating coaty of neat cement or cement mixed with marble dust in ratio 5:1 including supply al all mateials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors & window excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B,W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary crentering & shuttering etc. and also including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. binding wire cost being included in the itemas in item283 but Rcc raft foundation and fotting with 4cm gouge Stone blasst S.I No 283

R.C.C 1:1.5:3 but in lighter beams, i.e. having spans upto 6 m S.I No 285
