S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm Plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specifications and drawing including making good to disturbed surface of walls, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Pressed steel cup board frame of MS sheet 1.25 mm thick size of frame 60mm x 40 mm with rebate of 20 mm wide and 12 mm deep including PCC 1:2:4 as in filling to back of chowkats including butt hinges 100 mm long. Piano hinges to be measured and paid for separately and one shop coat of priming etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Factory made, plain framed, panelled shutter (two Panel) 35mm thick, 2nd class Hardwood with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply. The size of rail and stiles as per as per IS:1003 (Part-I),kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 35mm thick 2nd Class hard wood glazed,gauzed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepare to receive glass, gauge etc but divided into squares with plain chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars,stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part-I Sec 8 clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F factory made 18mm(+0.7mm) thick celuka PVC ply of density 600Kg/cbm manufacured by an ISO 900-2008 certified company. One side prelam and other side plain18mm thick Celuka PVC ply for cabinet shutter and also manufactuer's test report and test certificate is mandatory with each and every supply of the material complete as per manufacturer's specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F factory made 5mm thick PVC of density 600Kg/cum manufacured by an ISO 900-2008 certified company. Plain 5mm thick PVC sheet paneling for back side (wall side) and also manufacurer's test report and test certificate is mandotary with each and every supply of the material complete as per manufacturer's specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel works of flat iron, square bar, round bars etc. as in framed work such as grills, guard bars, gratings etc incl bending, cutting and welding as necessary of confirming to Gde Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality glazing with oil putty or any type of beads in square n.exc. 0.5 Sq each pane in any type of frame of iron/Steel/Wood/Aluminium as required at site complete all as specified (upto fourth storey with necessary scaffolding), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick Green Marble (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including 15 mm thick CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Machine cut kota stone slab (Minimum size shall be 550x550 mm) flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and Mirror polishing complete,laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Machine cut kota stone 18-20mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and Mirror polishing set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, the shade/colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, as in riser of steps,skirting,dado & vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete removal of the existing water proofing treatment of any description including under layer, taking down of cement plaster,brick layer/demolition of cement concrete any thickness and removal of debris off the premises including grubbing up of tree roots and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water to remove to all loose dirt/dust and applying the following Roof Treatment as below :-(i) Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound on concrete surface in roofs incl applying cement slurry @ 3 Kg per Sqm finishing even and fair without using extra cement (WPA shall be measured and paid for separately) .(ii) Applying a coat of bitumen primer membrane 0.4 ltr/sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25 degree C 0.87-0.89 kg/ltr and viscosity 70-160 CPS till the surface properly impregnates and insolvent oil primer evaporates completely (iii) Applying polymeric polypropylene polymer membrane 'APP' (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick not less than 3.60 kg/sqm with 160 gms/sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laidwith 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm over laps which shall be thermo fused by flame (iv) Applying course of two coats of aluminium paint over the APP membrane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.. All joints and change in direction shall be covered with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement and curved before laying membrane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing Admixture complete all as specified and as directed as per manufacturers instruction.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of water storage tanks (Cap. 500 ltr to 1000 ltr ) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 litres capacity,(cylindrical vertical with closed top) triple layered, white, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including Ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed for 20 mm bore pipe (Minimum weight 20mm-210gms) , including making connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting of water tank of 500 ltr capacity setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.. (Cleaning repairing,etc. to be measured separately).

Re- fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 litres capacity,(cylindrical vertical with closed top) triple layered, white, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including making connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe and fixed, Bore 20mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of 20 mm bore pipe including making connections complete all as as specified and fixed (Minimum weight 20mm-210 gms) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for 75 mm thickness PCC 1:2:4 type -B-2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete of soffits of slabs,chajjas, stair case, facias, parapets, columns, beams and like as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surafce with steel wire brushes, removing of rust from existing steel surface with rust remover of SIKKA rustoff 100 applied in two coats @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm per coat of steel surafce and cleaning all rust with wire brushes cleaning with water and allowed to dry including S&F welded fabric GI wire mesh or wire size not less than 75mmx75mm and 3.0mm dia as reinforcement to concrete after placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surface shall thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry this surface apply chemical polycrete admixture at the rate not less than of 2% by weight of cement and providing minimum 30mm thick (average thickness) gunniting mix (using 1 part of Ordinary Portland Cement and 2 parts of sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as directed) with a pressure 2.00 to 2.5 kg/sqcm by guniting machine and making the surface even including 5mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth, without using extra cement including necessary form work to be carried out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note.- Where ever reinforcement required will be measured and paid seperatly

Rendering 15mm thck in CM 1:3 or Plain Cement Concrete as in sunken floors without extra cement on walls/floors and including mixing of water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)
