Operation and Maintenance of electrical control room and other installations

Attending operation of electrical control room and installations at Junglighat Harbour. Switching 'ON' and 'OFF' all the area lights giving crane supply and shore supply to ships (assuming the operation daily) including cost of all labour charges,minnor T & P, GST , LWS but excluding cost of materials which will be supplied by the department on free of cost as per site requirement as directed by EIC etc complete.

Checking all the pillar boxes, lights and fans fitted in the buildings and attending repairs and maintenance as and when required at Junglighat Harbour by replacing the fused bulbs, and switches etc. checking all the connections of main switch and busbars in pillar boxes, including cost of all labour chares, minor T & P , LWS, GST etc., but excluding cost of materials which will be supplied by the department on free of cost as per site requirement as directed by EIC etc., complete.

Running and maintenance of 250 KVA standby generator set available in Junglighat Harbour electrical control room. Switch on the generator set during power failure and restoring power supply to area lights including cost of all labour charges, minor T & P, LWC,GST, etc., complete but excluding cost of materials, POL, Grease etc whcich will be supplied by the department on free of cost as per the site requirement as directd by EIC etc., complete.

Painting of the pillar box and panel board etc., at Junglighat Harbour complete with one coat primer paint and two coat of synthetic enamal colour paint as per direction of EIC including the cleaning the surface to be painted and labour charges, minor tools, transportation charges, GST LWC etc., complete, including cost of paint.

EARCUPL Copper earth plate Electrode Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. including excavation, charcol and salt as required and including GST, LWC etc.,

Cleaning of the crane track by removing foreign materials which were deposited inside the track and making dirt free as per the requirement of crane movement at Junglighat Harbour, electrical control room at Junglighat Harbour as and when required as directed by the EIC including cost of labour charges, minor tools, GST , LWC etc., complete.
