Repair and Maintenance of Infrastructure Assets in R-II Division during 2026-27. SH - Maintenance and Supervision of Lodhi Garden Lake/ Water body through Bio remediation Treatment of Water body and Water Plants.

Maintenance and supervision of water body/lake including cleaning and removal of all suspended floating particles, special maintenance of flowering water plants from time to time, cutting trimming and nourishing and to maintain the water level and cleaning of lake water sludge and visible contamination etc. and operation of aeration machine of water body/lake including cleaning of the machine filters on regular basis and replacement of unserviceable filter etc including hiring, installation and maintenance of pond sludge dredger machine with 3 HP electric motor (1-phase), sewage cutter pump (2 HP, 1-phase) and portable battery-operated dosing machine for dosing (dosing material shall be supplied by the department free of cost ) and treatment of lake water; carrying out regular maintenance of aquatic and flowering water plants including periodical cutting, trimming, nourishing and upkeep to maintain required water level and aesthetic condition with deployment of 2 nos Beldar cum operator, materials, tools, plants, machinery complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying of Natural Algaecide for treatment of water to control and building up of algae bloom in the stagnant Fountain water body. Adding as per required quantity on minimum monthly basis frequency complete as per entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of Oxygen Enhancing Compound for the water in required quantity on monthly basis /frequency as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of Bio-Catalyst Liquid Concentrate enzyme for treatment of water of pond and used for cleaning of Sludge digesting & degrading enzymes etc. complete as per entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
