P.C.C 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and Eight coarse aggregate) using Ordinary Portland cement and 40 mm H.B.G stone including mixing concrete, laying, curing and compacting of concrete etc., complete and as directed by the engineer in charge..

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade using Sulphate Resistant Cement in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 340Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum)

7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer incharges - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Supplying, fabricating & placing in position MS or deformed steel bars (upto 16 mm dia) for RCC items of work including cost of steel, transporting, straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, binding etc, including cost of binding wire chairs, laps to fix the reinforcement in all positions, all labour & materials including Providing Fusion Bonded Epoxy coating not less than 175microns thickness and upto 300 microns to reinforcement of all diameters as per IS 13620/1993 including testing of coating at plant.The cost is inclusive of cost on account of careful handling, PVC coated binding wires, touchup material supplied by coating agency, repair work, loading, unloading and strengthening of bent rods etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Refilling the sides of well with suitable excavated earth available in layers of 150 mm thick, watering, ramming & consolidation as directed by the Departmental Engineer.

Disposal of surplus earth including loading & unloading, conveyance within a distance of 5 Km and spreading as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and fixing of PVC encapsulated CI steps etc all complete as per standard specification

Valve Chamber of Size - 1.00 m x 1.00 m x 1.50 m

Supply and delivery of Open well Submersible pump set conforming to IS 14220 /2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging the following duties due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze mixed type impeller, CI FG 200 grade casing and brass screws and rotor shall be of copper rod as per IS 613/1984 with ISI mark. The pump suitable for installation in sump with 1.1KV grade 3 core suitable copper flat submersible cable to a length of 15m with necessary cable joints. The non-return valve located at the top of the pump in the discharge outlet connection is to be designed with minimum friction. The pump should be directly coupled to 2880 RPM, three phase, 50 Hz (±5), 415V+6% & 415V-15% squirrel cage induction motor suitable for DOL upto 5 HP , Fully Automatic Air break Star Delta up to 20 HP and Auto Transformer starter for above 20 HP starting and for continuous operation, complete as directed by Town Panchayat Officers.

Cables 50 sq.mm - 3.5 core -1.1 KV Grade Armoured Aluminium conductor cross linked Poly Ethylene insulated PVC sheathed cables confirming to IS 7098 (Part I)/1988 with ISI marking, complete and as directed by Town Panchayat Officersto be laid between Supply point and Distribution Box.

Laying of L.T.Cables in trenches inside the pump room or in air, complete. and as directed by Town Panchayat Officers. - 50 sq.mm.

Jointing of L.T.Cables - 50 sq.mm - 3.5 core - 1.1 KV Grade Armoured Aluminium conductor cable confirming to IS 1554/ Part 1 with ISI marking, complete. and as directed by Town Panchayat Officers.

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days complete and as directed by Town Panchayat Officers. Painting the Emblem and writing the slogon in accordance with size and specifications as approved by the dept officers with approved colour and quality of paint on the exterior surface of Service Reservoir complete etc.,
