CERTAIN REPAIR TO HUME PIPE ALONGWITH CONNECTED WORK IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STM ADAMPUR

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in SOFT/LOOSE soil complete, all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in SOFT/LOOSE soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair without using extra cement mixed with WPC in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for new plastered surfaces of any description complete all as specified and directed and aplying the following :- (a) applying wall care putty in two coats on wall surfaces and smoothening the surfaces with sand paper / machinized sanding etc. (b) applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint over and including a coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping,weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC type C-2 (1:3:6), using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in wall or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work using bricks as specified in PS, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work using old size bricks (EXCEPT BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.
