Construction of Dog house, barracks and guest house for C.I.S.F. at B.S.P. English Medium Senior Secondary School, Sector-04, Bhilai at Bhilai Steel Plant

• The bidder shall fulfill the following eligibility criteria for which documentary evidence shall be submitted by the bidder in their offer : A. Bidder should have Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 7 (seven) years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited should be either of the following: a) One similar completed works each costing not less than Rs.133.98 Lakh (Excluding GST) OR b) Two similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 83.74 Lakhs (Excluding GST) OR c) Three similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 66.99 Lakhs (Excluding GST) B) Similar Works means- Any work which includes “Civil Works” in repair /maintenance/construction/ reconstruction/ modification/renovation of any RCC structure/masonry structure/boundary wall/building. i) Experience should be from Govt. Organizations/ PSUs/ Public Limited Companies. ii) In support of experience criteria of eligibility the tenderer is required to submit self-attested copies of Purchase Order/ Work Orders/Contract and Completion Certificate (issued by the concerned authority). iii) In case, completion certificate is-not issued for the PO/Work Order/ Contract, Bidder shall submit a document in original issued by the concerned authority certifying value of completed similar works given in the Eligibility Criteria above against concerned PO/Work Order/ Contract. iv) The work order and completion certificate/paid bills so submitted should be in name of participating tenderer. v) All work-orders having similar work where completion date falls within last 07 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tenders are invited shall be considered for evaluation as per Eligibility criteria, irrespective of date of work-order.

• C) Financial Requirements:- A. Financial Requirements:- i) Average annual financial turnover of the bidder shall not be less than Rs.50.24 Lakh (Rupee Fifty Lakh and Twenty Four Thousand only) during the three (03) consecutive financial years during 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24. ii) The Bidder shall submit Turnover Certificate from a practicing Chartered Accountant (CA) evidencing the Annual Financial Turn-Over figure for 3 (three) consecutive financial years as mentioned herein above in support of their meeting above stipulated financial criterion and shall contain the unique document identification number (UDIN) for the financial years mentioned above. iii) Revenue from Operations shall be considered for the purpose of determining the turnover. iv) The net worth of the bidder should be positive in the last financial year i.e. 2023-2024 and the same must be indicated in the certificate issued by Chartered Accountant. Turnover shall be submitted exclusive of GST D) Consortium Bidding is not allowed for this package.
