Taking down aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, sockets, etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for point wiring (with approved colour coding as per IS) with PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH 1100 volts grade single core muti stranded copper conductor cables of size 1.5 sqmm for phase & neutral in and including concealed PVC conduits, sheet steel sunken boxes1.2mm thickness covered inculding with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet for mounting switches, scockets, regulator etc and including 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded green cable as earth wire for one light point/fan point / buzzer point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Unit rate quoted including cutting chases wall/floor/pcc and making good the disturbed surface to match with the original. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material and Labour sub main wiring (with approved colour coding as per IS) with two single core 6 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable 1.1 KV grade (main cable two runs of main cable) alongwith one run of single core 6 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated flexible stranded copper donductor 1.1 KV grade of earth for earthing in and incl concealed PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Colour code shall be Red for phase, black for neutral and green for earth. (ii) For payment purposes, total runs of main cable (each run of one running metre) as mentioned above and one run (one running metre) of earth cable shall be considered together as "1 running meter"

Supply and Fix in replacement vertical TPN distribution board double door flush mounting with provisions for MCCBs incomer upto 125 Amp, 415 Volt & outgoing 4 way having IP 43 protection complete. Make- Indoasian Cat Part No. 811888 or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement MCB DB, with provision for incoming 2 pole (MCB / Isolator ) and single phase outgoing, suitable for surface and flush mounting, IP 43 protection, double door of metal 12 way complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement MCB DB, with provision for incoming 2 pole (MCB / Isolator ) and single phase outgoing, suitable for surface and flush mounting, IP 43 protection, double door of metal 8 way complete all as specified and directed.

Make of MCCB Havells Cat Part No IHLASDCF0125 or equivalant as specified in Appx 'B'. NOTE:- Contractor shall submit drawing of this panel to GE through Engr in Charge for approval before placing order for procurement.

Supply and Fix sheet metal enclosure of size of 3' X 2'x200mm with locking arrangement and provn of 4 nos of glass 75mmx 150mmsize in front door for measuring meter reading flush to wall for fixing of 04 Nos energy meter including taking down carefully energy meter including connection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair for GI bracket made of GI pipe 'Light Grade' of size 40 mm dia 1.5 mtr length bend to shape of 120 degree fixed on pole/wall with clamp of size 50x6 of suitable length fixed with nuts/bolts and 1.5 sqmm 2 core flexible wire from conductor/ceiling rose to light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix LED security light 25 watt LED with lence and water/weather proof powder coated high pressure dia cast housing with IP-66 built - in control driver, aluminium reflector, heat resistant toughened clear glass, connector block, surge protection with 25 watt LED lamp fixed on ceiling/pole/wall with fixing arrangement fixed with nuts/bolts and 1.5 sqmm 3 core flexible wire from ceiling rose to light fitting complete including taking down old secrity fitting of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6.0mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanized earth lead 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized including GI protection pipe light grade 15mm bore connected to main earth wire on pole light grade 15mm bore connected to main earth wire on poleor control board or main switch and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 20 mm graded stone aggregate excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule part I of 2009 connected to earthing test point indicaed including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Supply,Install,testing and commmisoning of Sealed maintenance free chemical filled Earthing electrode ,earthing electrode having following specifications :- (a) Diameter of the pipe-80 mm, thickness of the pipe-3.9 mm , Length of the pipe:- 3000 mm, Galvanised thickness:- 80-100 micron, Type of galvanising:- Hot dipped, Chemical used in the pipe:- High conductive and crystalline conductive mixture(CCM), Chemical approx weight:- 12 kg, (b) ground back filled compound 50 kg as conformong to IS 3043 properly mixed the after all around the earthing electrode. (c) incl necessary boring in ground in any type of strata/soil and connecting to test point, (d) Construction of brick masonry earth pit of internal size 12” x12” and 300 mm deep incl finishing work and fixing of CI cover as manufacturer specification complete all as specified and directed by engr-in charge.(e) Testing for proper working.
