Demolition of concrete of any description(un-reinforced) and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for completes all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, rounder or chamfered on edges etc. including necessary formwork complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Materials and labour 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base completes all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour plain cement concrete 40 mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in flooring and finished even & smooth using extra cement completes all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chipping off 50mm average thickness for slabs, Chajja, lintel & roof unsound /week concrete materials up to 4 story bldg by any means as directed by Engr-in-charge including tapering all edges, making regular shape, size and cleaning of exposed concrete surface completely out of any loose foreign materials/aggregate etc and disposal of all debris up to lead of 50mtr complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing and placing in position free flow non-shrink cementitious micro concrete of grade of M-50 to the effected beam, roof, chajja etc25 to 50mm average thickness and the micro concrete shall have a minimum 1 day compressive strength of 10 Mpa and 28 days strength of 60 Mpa, minimum tensile strength 5N/mm2 @ 28 days, minimum flexural strength 5N/mm2 @ 28days complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, mixing and application two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement morter, where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible . The morter can be applying in layers not exceeding 6mm thick in each layer in and upto any thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto any thickness in horizontal applications. The mortar should have a minimium compressive strength 12N/mm2 in 1 day and 45N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 8 N/mm2 in 28 days. A modified styrene butadience emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementious system to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of modified polymer mortar to be used @ 6 ltr/bag of cement. The bonding agent should have minimium compressive strength 24N/mm2. Minimum tensile strength 3.5N/mm2, minimium flexural strength 6.5N/mm2 complete all as spd and directed by the Engr-in-charge upto 25 mm average thickness and upto 4 storey High. Make :- Sika/Fosroc NOTE:- Cement and sand morter in proportion of 1:2 graded coarse sand ) with polymer admixed in proportions approved by Engr-in-charge) Note: The rates shall be include all necessary formwork

Removal of concrete all around up to 12mm dia reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars to give an average 25mm by manual methods of hammering bar using wire brushing, chiselling etc and removing rust including from behind the reinforcing bars by emery paper and cleaning the area thoroughly by water and allow it to dry and applying alkaline rust removing chemical complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of concrete all around above 12mm dia reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars to give an average 25mm by manual methods of hammering bar using wire brushing, chiselling etc and removing rust including from behind the reinforcing bars by emery paper and cleaning the area thoroughly by water and allow it to dry and applying alkaline rust removing chemical complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing single coat of epoxy bond adhesive of prepared non-metallic surface (existing surface) up to 4th Story Bldg and applying by brush all as per manufactures instruction/ specification complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for introducing new reinforcement bars n. exc 12 mm dia bar restricted up to 2 storey building for structural connection in RCC beams, lintel and slabs including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm and up to 200mm including power drilling, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy, cleaning of loose dust by blowing air, sealing with epoxy cartridges etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for applying Epoxy Zinc rich primer on the prepared reinforced surface by brush up to 2 Story Bldg and the primer(n.exc 10 cm width/girth) shall have a minimum specific gravity 1.75 minimum weight film thickness/ coat 40 microns and minimum adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.5N/mm2 complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for application of cementitious grouting admixture up to 4 storeys of building with the cement slurry at a dosage 225 ml per bag of cement and injecting with high pressure by a pressure grouting pump through non-return PVC nozzles Prefix with rapid setting cementitious plugging mortar to fill all possible pores and gaps left within the old concrete mass. When the flow of grout stops or shows refusal or grout flows out from the adjacent nozzle, pumping to be stopped and the nozzle to be tied up and allowed to set for 24 hours. The PVC nozzles to be sealed off with quick-setting cementitious plugging mortar. Grouting operation to be carried out through next nozzle till the entire area is covered. The grouting holes to be finished by removing the protruded portion of nozzles and finishing flush with the surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
