Required2. Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/ Account Payee Bankers Cheque / FDR / Bank Guarantee of any commercial Bank against EMD.

Required4. Certificate of work experience of completed works as per clause 1.1 of CPWD-6 for e-tendering. (In case of Non-Government works certificate of work experience along with TDS issued shall also be submitted and uploaded mandatorily)

Required5. Copy of agency letter head having valid E-mail ID and Mobile Number.

Required6. Valid PSARA (Private Security Agency License in Andaman and Nicobar )Certificate issued by Secretory home department of A and N administration.

Required7. Duly signed letter of transmittal as per attached Annexure-I
