Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loan clay or sand )including lift upto 1.50M and lead upto 30m including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches etc.

Laying C.C. 0.10 cm. (4") thick consisting of 1:4:8 Cement,coarse sand & approved 40 mm. Gauge Brick aggregate including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Reinforced cement concrete of 1:1.5:3. Cement,coarse sand & approved 20 mm. Gauge Stone ballast,over prepared sub grade after its rectifications & bringing it to proper camber & including supply of all materials,labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work.

M.S . Iron work in plain work in R.C.C column

Class -150 b/w in 1:6 cement and fine sand mortar in foundation and plinth including necessary cutting and moulding of brick work as required

12 mm thick plaster 1:4 cement and fine sand
