Providing, fitting and fixing up window ( sliding type) made up aluminum section 151 - 154, 155-154, as windows frame section No. 151-155, 151-153 and 151-167 as shoutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour t&P etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing and Fixing MS Grill & Gate as directed by EIC

Finishing Plasters surfaces of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc., complete.

Dismantling & removing Stone Masonery in Cement motrtar including cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per direction of EIC

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on old work one coat to give an even shade including cost of distemper per 1 sqm.(Ref. P-99, item-22 of A/R- 06). Data 10 sqm

Wall painting 2 coats with Acrylic Emulsion paint (weather seal coat) of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
