PART A: Supply of AC units

Supplying of ceiling mounted ductable type split A/C Units 3.0TR cooling capacity (9000 Kcal/hr), operating of 230V/415V, 50 Hz, A.C.supply, and nominal air flow not less than 1900 Cub. mtr/hr, with temperature control thermistor, remote control unit, filters, rotary / scroll/ reciprocating type compressor complete as per specifications, terms and conditions attached as required. The units shall have at least 24 months manufacturer's / Supplier's warranty

PART -B (ITC of AC units)

Installation, Testing and commissioning of above 3 TR ductable AC unit along with the copper piping, PVC drain pipe and wiring insulation, and making opening in wall and making good the damages etc.,including mounting of indoor unit with suitable arrangements and outdoor units on existing frame work, pressure testing, vacumissation, gas charging the refrigerant system, installation of all hardware items, etc as required.

Providing and fixing heavy duty Outdoor unit powder coated stand for 3 TR ductable split AC unit.

Supplying and fixing the following additional items suitable for the Ductable split type AC units (under Item.No.1), wherever required .

Suitable size of copper suction line, copper liquid line, along with expanded polythylene foam insulation tubing for copper pipe, as required.

PVC insulated 3 core 4 sq mm /5 core 2.5 sq.mm ISI marked copper cord wire along with the ref line/ on the surface as required

P/F 25mm dia PVC heavy guage pipe for draining condensate water from evaporator unit including fixing on surface/recess with necessary accessories like bends, couplers, Tees, etc., as required.

S/F of 50 mm dia rigid PVC Pipe 10kg/cm2 with ISI marked pvc pipe with accessories for protection of refrigerent pipe and cables etc i/c clamping on wall testing commissioning etc as reqd.

PART C AMC of AC Units

Comprehensive Maintenance of 34 Nos 3 TR Ductable split ac unit after the two year warranty period etc as per specifications attached .The agency should ensure trouble free working , attending the complaints and quarterly preventive maintenance of the ductable AC units

Third Year (for 34 Nos. 3 TR Ductable units )

Fourth Year ( for 34 Nos. 3 TR Ductable units)

Fifth Year (for 34 Nos. 3 TR Ductable units)

Note : The preventive maintenance and clearing faults during a period of three (3) months shall be measured as 1 (One )job for the comprehensive maintenance
