Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in new or old position. Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, Capacity of tanks exc. 500 ltrs and not exc. 1000 ltrs etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks and removing, capacity exc. 500 & not exc. 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F three layer, 1000 ltr. capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I and directed.

M&L in repairs 20mm bore dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in roof/floors other than ground level beam, stair case, landing, chajjas and similar items including water proofing treatment in any layers and removal of debris to distance exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500m from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted shall deem to include for scaffolding required for demolition works

M&L PCC 1:2:4 (type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course to match the undulations of roof and in coping, roof kerbs, fins including filleting and benching slightly rounded or chamfered on edges etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for roof treatment on existing concrete surfaces with the following specifications :- (a) Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1: 4 with and including mixing of water proofing compound ( WPC) as per manfacturer's instructions on cleaned concrete surface of roof and applying a neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/ sqm, plastered surfaces smooth finished including curing for 7 days ponding of water over the roof ( levelling course ) and applying two coats of DR fixit coat over cement plaster. (b) Applying one coat of blown hot bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqmover plastered surfaces. (c) Applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane, 3.00 mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.00 kg/sqm (reinforced) with polyster non woven fabric weighing not less than 160 gram/sqm by torch application method. The overlap shall be minimum 100 mm on traverse direction and 75 mm longitudinal direction and sealing over lap. (d) Applying evenly one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.10 litre/sqm over the APP based polymeric membrane. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel water tubing & connections, including cleaning for refixing or offering credit as per schedule of credit all as directed.

All as per item No.8 above, but 20mm bore

S&F 15mm bore medium grade galvanised steel water tubing with all fitting & fixed complete to walls or ceiling or laid in floors all as specifeid and directed.

S&F 20mm bore medium grade galvanised steel water tubing with all fitting & fixed complete to walls or ceiling or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

Refixing 15mm bore old steel water tubing & connection in new or old position of wall, ceiling, floor etc all as specified and directed. Note :- The serviceable tubing obtained from sl item No. 8 shall be re-used in this item.

Ditto, all as per item No.12 above, but 20mm bore. Note :- The serviceable tubing obtained from sl item No.9 shall be re-used in this item.

Dismantling CI/AC/PVC (SWR) pipes of any description fixed to wall/laid in trenches including making good disturbed portion of wall floor etc. all as directed.

S & F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes and fittings single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with and including clamps complete as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radius, provided with access door complete as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) branch pieces, single (single 'Y') equal or unequal, 110 mm bore provided with access door complete as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) junction single (single T) equal or unequal 110mm bore, provided with access door complete as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete as specified and directed

M&L rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with sagol over and including dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular face of walls in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 5mm thick on concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 on ceiling, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plastering on concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finishing surfaces even and fair without using extra cement and using water proofing compound etc.complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : Water proofing compound measured and paid seperatly )

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling all as specified and directed.

M& L for newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of anti fungal weather proof paint over and including a coat of primer etc. complete all as specified and directed.
