Outsourcing services for running of sewage treatment plant by providing qualified operator (FGM skilled having ITI qualification) in each shift situated at 1CSR (KLP) of capacity 800 Cum / day for its smooth functioning of sewage system for all days including Sunday & holiday in one shift (shift of 08 Hrs such as 08:00hrs - 16:00hrs) including cleaning & maintenance of installation plant including cutting of grass from plant yard and surrounding area and maintain record of running of plant on described printed log sheet approved by the Engineer- in- charge and logsheet shall be provided by the contractor, routine maintenance of liquid chlorine dosing system, pump gland leakage and other minor repair / rectification of all machine and equipments as and when required to ensure serviceability of plant comprising of the following complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge:- (i) Submersible non clog sewage pump set with motor of capacity 7.5 HP---03 Nos. (ii) Treated sewage mono block pump set with motor of capacity 5HP--- 02 Nos. (iii) Air blower of 15 KW capacity --02 Nos. (iv) Supply and delivery butter fly valves upto 100mm. --- 16 Nos. (v) Receiving tank. (vi) FAB reactor. (vii) Tube setler tank. (viii) Chlorine contact tank. (ix) Treated water tank. (x) Sludge drying bed. (xi) Oil & greese tank. (xii) Bar screen. (xiii) Liquid chlorine dosing system. (xiv) DG set 140 KVA ---01 No (xv) Electric control panel with MCCB & starters.

Outsourcing services for running of sewage treatment plant by providing qualified operator (FGM skilled having ITI qualification) in each shift situated at RATC LINE for its smooth functioning of sewage system for all days including Sunday & holiday in one shift (shift of 08 Hrs such as 08:00hrs - 16:00hrs) including cleaning & maintanence of installation plant including cutting of grass from plant yard and surrounding area and maintain record of running of plant on described printed log sheet approved by the Engineer- in- charge and logsheet shall be provided by the contractor, routine maintenance of liquid chlorine dosing system, pump gland leakage and other minor repair / rectification of all machine and equipments as and when required to ensure serviceability of plant comprising of the following complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge:- (i) Submersible nonclog sewage pump set with motor of capacity 10 HP---02 Nos. (ii) Sluice valve 150 mm --- 04 Nos. (iii) DG set 40 KVA ---01 No (iv) Electric control panel with MCCB & starters. Note for item No 1.00 to 3.00 Rates quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive of the following : (a) Contractor will arrange proper uniform to operator with company tag and name plate of operator also provide life insurance for the operator. (b) Contractor will make well arrangement of office such as table, chair and table cloth. (c) Contractor will provide printed log sheet of sewage treatment plant, attendance register, payment register etc as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (d) Contractor will ensure that all required tool available on site.

(e) Contractor will ensure daily cleaning of sewage installations, DG set, LT panel and maintain notice board and reflect all safety chart. (f) Contractor will ensure that all duty person have security pass when enter in restricted area. (g) Contractor will responsible to improve the environment of installation as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Contractor will responsible to clean the surrounding area of STP including cutting of grass, bushes soil dressing all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (j) Contractors shall adhered to payment of fair minimum wages as Govt circular issued from time to time including payment of contribution towards ESI & EPF in any case irrespective of quoted rate.
