JOB (A) B/R WORKS

Chipping, removing carefullly concrete work by low impact hammer, breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Hard concrete should not be removed by force.

Cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc. complete and M&L for applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer (Make: FEOVERT of Krishna Conchem or Roff rust cleaner of Piddilite or Dr. Fixit Rust removal or ShaliRust of STP Ltd. or equivalent as approved by GE) on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, wash the rebars with clean water within 3 min and wipe it dry complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Epoxy based Zinc primer in a span of four hours over the treated rebars and allow to dry for six hours complete all as specified and directed. Note: The application shall be by brush. (Make: Corroseal-ZR of Krishna Conchem or Dr. Fixit Epoxy zinc primer or equivalent as approved by GE)

Cleaning all loose laitance on the concrete substrate and M&L for applying one coat of epoxy bonding agent on exposed concrete surface to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Monobond SBR of Krishna Conchem or Dr. Fixit epoxy bonding agent or Shalicrete URP of STP Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE)

M&L for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives (MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5 Cement-15 sand) in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling profliling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes complete all as specified and directed. Works shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles: Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles: Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. (iv) In case crack upto 2mm wide, fix the injection nozzels directly over the cracks, at intervals of 6 to 9 inches, using a drilling machine. Fix PVC/MS nozzels in these holes with fast-setting epoxy putty & let it dry for 2 to 3 days. Also, seal the crack between the ports with epoxy putty. (v) In case where the crack is wider than 2mm upto 4 to 5mm, drill holes at the sides of the crack in a staggered fashion, at intervals of 6 inches and affix them with epoxy putty as mentioned above. (vi) Also, seal the face of the crack with a liberal application of the epoxy putty.

M&L for Injecting of site mixed cement slurry grout, mixed in specified proportion containing cement, sand water with addition of plasticizers & migratory corrosion inhibitors, water cement ratio shall be varied between 0.5 to 1.0 for each hole, shrinkage compensating cement slurry mixed to a lump free fresh creamy consistency, Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 3-5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Dr. Fixit Epoxy injection or EPCO KP-HP-250 of M/s Krishna Conchem or Shaligrout EI of STP Ltd. or equivalent as approved by GE)

M&L for Injecting low viscosity (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including mixing of material components (part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weight batching; Grouting:Filling the grouting gun with concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor (Make:EPCO-KP-100/Protectsil CIT or Ferogard 903 or equivalent as approved by GE) Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor; maintain the pressureat exit(2 to 3kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit.Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia orsecuring with clips complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 30% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel.

M&L for TMT Steel steel bars of 5mm and over upto 10mm dia in or stirrups,spacers and binderd of designed diameter in various structural elements like column, beams and foundations including drilling, bending, welding and fixing the bars with epoxy putty etc. complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Steel provided on the basis of 1% of volume of concrete).

M&L for reinforced cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises and removal to out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate as in bedding layer for laying & fixing floor as in levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick as in plinth protection finished fair even laid in bays n.exc 2m in length and joints filled with bitumen mastic 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

Complete removal of existing PVC tiles /sheets, of any description in any position including cleaning, wire brushing, watering, removal of debris upto 1500mtr distance complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 2mm thick polymer natural/synthetic anti static flooring fire retardant compression moulding conductive flooring having electrical residence floor surface to earth between 50 kilo Ohms to 2.5 mega Ohms measured with wet electrode in accordance with details contained in STEC pamplet No 7, fixed over and including copper strips grid work using 50mm x 0.5mm thick forming 0.9sqm grid, joints of copper strips, brazed on the existing surface including cleaning & preparation of surface by passing with the suitable adhesive. The copper grid provided with diagonal earthing. The earthing resistance shall not exceed one ohm. The copper strip work shall be fixed to the existing floor at the 0.6m to 0.9m as per manufacturer's instructions including removing existing PVC flooring. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tile 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Square but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in floor over 20mm thick screed bed in cement motar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tile all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tile 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm as in Skirting /dado over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement motar 1:3, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tile complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, fillings & mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for laying interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified & directed .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specifedand directed

S&F mild steel works as in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161 1979 grade St 240 complete all specified and directed.

S&F rolling shutter without ball bearing, thickness of laths 1.00mm including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position including all necessary pats etc as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each, removing from the site including cutting holes required for taking out existing hold fast etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick marble stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls etc including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removing debries directed for a distance max upto 500m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement (WPC to be measured and paid separately) complete all as specfified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceilings including preparation of surface complete.

Complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of walls by Vacuum based sanding machine, removal of nails etc & filling cracks/hole with putty and M&L for applying wall care putty upto 2 mm thick (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) & including applying two coats oil emulsion distemper white or coloured over a coat of approved primer by auto roller complete all as specified & directed.

Complete removal of old decorated surfaces of walls and M&L for applying two coats of acrylic antifungal paint exterior grade paint plain or camouflage pattern over & including one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

S&F for aluminium door/window/ventilator/partition, made out of extruded powder coated aluminium sections, with sliding or openable shutters including frame & necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, powder coated aluminium snap beading,screws etc, complete and also including powder coated aluminium fittings such as stainless steel hinges, tower bolts, hooks & eyes, peg stays and handles, concealed star lock for aluminium window, Mortice lock vertical type size 100mm 04 lever for door, rubber beading suitable for fixing 4mm / 5mm thick glass in aluminium window/ doors including connected items,with and including making good to the disturbed portion with its original specifications complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floors by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with waters to remove dusts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete padding laid to required slope including WPC by weight of total cement as per manufacturers specification complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar (1:3) for laying roof finish as padding finished padding finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) with including WPC by weight of total cement as per manufacturers specification complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measured & paid separately

M&L for applying oil bound primer @ 0.40 Litre/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Litre at 25 degree cesius on the prepared dry roof surface and M&L for laying 4mm thick APP modifed water proofing membrane reinforced with non-wooven polyster matt with physical properties; the laying shall got be done through authorized applicator of manufacturer; M&L for providing over the membrane finishing with two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/sqm as prescribed by manufacturer of membrane including Ten years guarantee on prescribed form complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound mixed with cement concrete/ cement plaster as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. to a distance of 1.5 km or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing panel including disconnecting connected cables, etc. and Supplying, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of cubical type, LT Panel, floor mounted, out door type for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire sysytem, 50 Hz, AC supply, factory made fabricated from MS sheet totally enclosed, dust weather proof and vermin proof for outer shell having TPN aluminium bus bar rating 1.5 times that of controlling MCCB supported on bottom base channel MS section not less than 100mm x 50mm x 5 mm thick, entire panel shall have a common aluminium earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud, solid connection from main bus bar to switchgears with required size of copper wiring with minimum 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half and general construction confirming to IS-8623/93 and wall/floor mounted on suitable PCC foundation with follwoing detailed specification & control with suitable fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed:-

OUTER SHELL :- The outer shell shall be made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA body & MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame with front & back openable, single door system lockable/ openable by keys from both sides having flush pattern fancy locks with louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate ahing provision for entry of armoured cable of adequite size of glands. The dimension of the outer shell shall be adequite to accommdodate inner shell described below 50 mm space all around and shall be fabricated in such a way that the complet inner shell alongiwth its control gears/MCCB and accessories should be taken outside without disturbing outer sheel. The outer shell shall be mounted on a zinc metal coated stand. Provision of threaded earthing studs at bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the feeder pillar box safely shall be made. Computer cut self adhesive vinly danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull shall be provided. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-65. INNER SHELL :- Inner shel made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA body compartmentalized for each control gear, front openable single door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated fancy locks (2 Nos in each compartment) ahving louvers and air vents gasket for natural flow of air "U' type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof and to accomodate incomer/outgoing MCCB's and TPN aluminium bus bar and extension links of rating not less than the 1.5 times rated capacity of the respective MCCB's. The TPN bus bar and exension links shall be insulated with colour coaded heat, shrikable sleeve and shall be mmounted on suitable size 'F' class through out the length of the TPN bus bar. Computer cut self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull shall be provoid on bus bar chamber. All control wires shall be with not less than 2.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched. tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequite size of lugs. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75x50mm duly coated with zinc metal coating. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm zinc metal coated should be used at the bottom, indicating lamps LED type, 230 Volt, AC at the incomer of the unit to show three phase availablity at the incomer. The degree of protection for inner shell shall be IP-42 and carrly the following control :- (A) INCOMING -(i) MCCB of 200 A, microprocessor based, 4 pole, 415 volt, 50 kA breaking cap. With adjustable over load, short circuit, ground fault (4 pole) & fixed instantanous neutral protection(4 pole), conforming to IS/IEC-60947-2 including spreader terminal kit – 01 No. (B) OUTGOING -(a) MCCB of 63 A, microprocessor based, 3 pole, 415 volt, 35 kA breaking cap. With adjustable over load, short circuit, ground fault & fixed instantanous neutral protection, conforming to IS/IEC-60947-2 including spreader terminal kit -03 Nos (2W + 1 spare) (b) MCCB of 40 A, microprocessor based, 2 pole, 415 volt, 35 kA breaking cap. With adjustable over load, short circuit, ground fault & fixed instantanous neutral protection, conforming to IS/IEC-60947-2 including spreader terminal kit -03 Nos (2 W + 1 spare ) (c)Digital type Voltmeter three phase class 0.5, 96 x 96 mm flush mounted case with adeqaute CT arrangemnt (d)Digital type Ammeter three phase class 0.5, 96 x 96 mm flush mounted case with adeqaute CT arrangemnt (e) LED INDICATORS RIBBED LENS WITH TRIMMED COLLAR - Red, Yellow and Blue - 1 Each, (f) Aluminium bus bar of Rating 300 Amp R-Y-B phases and Neutral. (g) Base frame for cubical mounting made out of suitable size equal angle iron duly painted. (h) Foundation for the panel should provided with PCC 1:4:6 at a depth of 150 MM below G.L. and 100 MM above the G.L. with slot openings for I/C and O/G cables.

M&L for Sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable of 4.0 Sqmm (with colour code), drawn in but including non metallic rigid PVC conduit of 25mm dia/casing capping/ suitable size , ISI marked including one run of PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable of 4.0 Sqmm (Green colour) as contineous earth conductor cable connected to earth dolly in surfaces/ recess complete including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2: 4) type BO, using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in blocks size and IE rules including necessary use and waste of form work as in grounting of porcelain insulator, complete all as specified and directed.
