SCHEDULE `A' PART - VI MISC ITEMS as under is not prepriced by MES.

Boring for Bored cast in situ piles 600mm dia and 18 metres depth in soil and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance 50 metres using DMC method (Direct mud circulation) complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring for Bored cast in situ piles 600mm dia and 20 metres depth in soil and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance 50 metres using DMC method (Direct mud circulation) complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring for Bored cast in situ piles 450mm dia and 20 metres depth in soil and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance 50 metres using DMC method (Direct mud circulation) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fabricating MS liner of 1.0m height using 8mm thick MS Plates and 12mm thick stiffener plate for bored vertical pile of any dia measured from cut off level of pile including supplying, cutting, rolling, bending, handling, welding, shifting, lifting and driving cost for depth not exceeding 25m each all as specified and directed

M & L for Carrying out initial load test as per IS : 2911(part-IV) 1985 for pile 600 mm dia and 18m deep complete all as specified and as directed. ( Vertical load test for safe load in compression.)

M & L for Carrying out routine load test as per IS:2911(part-IV) 1985 complete on a single pile upto 1.5 times of the designed load for pile 600 mm dia and 20m deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of approved earth from out side of MOD land, rough excavation, removing excavated material exc 1.50 KM but n. exc 5 KM and forming embankment incl raising (or lowering) earth spreading in layers n.exc 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size and shape etc n.exc 1.5 m high from base.

M & L for laying Pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of grade M-30 (Design Mix) in position as per drawings including shuttering, transportation and placing complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge. Note :- Transportation cost, lifting cost and hiring/ running charges of all machineries such as cranes/ ganteries/ winches/ lorries etc. for shifting of slab and placing in position at appropriate place as per drawings deemed to be included in quoted per unit rates.

M & L for laying Pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete Beams of grade M-30 (Design Mix) in position as per drawings including shuttering, transportation and placing complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge. M&L for laying 100mm thick machine pressed precast conctrete interlocking paver block coloured, decorative and reflective type any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, of M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.
