Construction of permanent boundary wall of length 843 m from RD-0 m to RD-843 m (along with one entry gate and one exit gate) on the left side of existing road in hill direction of Gaa village land of Kamala HE Project (1720MW), Arunachal Pradesh

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.50 m in width as well as 10Sq.m on plan including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto1.50 m. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Earthwork in excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in all kinds of soil (excluding soil containing 50% or more of shingle or small size boulders upto 30cm size, saturated soil and rock), lift upto 1.50m and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3m clear from the edge of the excavation and returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required, into plinth sides of foundation etc consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus soil as directed within a lead of 50m.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring an shuttering in: a) Foundations and plinth.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for :a) Foundation and plinth

Reinforced concrete work in foundations, footings, basesof columns etc. and mass concrete excluding cost of centring, shuttering and reinforcement in : M20 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand :3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centring and shuttering including strutting proping etc. and removal of form work for: 9 (C ) Columns,pillars and piers.

Reinforcement cement concrete work in columns, pillars, piers,abutments, post and struts etc up to floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1: 3 (1 cement :3fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface but exluding cost of centring, shuttering and reinforcement M20 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand :3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centring and shuttering including strutting proping etc. and removal of form work for: (D) Lintels, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers etc. Lintels, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers etc.

Reinforced cement concrete work in lintels, beams and bresumers up to floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 :3 (1cement :3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement.M20 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand :3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
