Fabrication, fixing of trash rack along with its allied work at Balol Siphon of D-9 distributary of Ranbir Canal.

Fabrication/strengthening of trash rack of size 4.1 m X 1.7 m approximately using the ISMC channel of 100X50MM size with 2No. Vertical &2 No. horizontal members to make a rectangle frame then welding of flat iron of size 65X12mm vertically in the frame in such a way that the edge of the flat faces the main stream of the water flow keeping a gap of 100mm between each flat and finishing the complete frame by way of grinding the welded residual. Complete painting the frame after applying a coat of metal red oxide.primer. Loading the trash rack along with allied material in the mechanical transport for carrying to installation/fixing site. Unloading the trash rack at road side then shifting to the site with the help of manual labour using tools and tackles as per requirement. Installation/fixing of trash rack by way of lowering it into the canal using manual labour, tools and tackles, chain pulley block and tripod/crane at site after extracting of old rusted/worn out Trash rack by way of cutting flat iron, angles/channel using gas cutter/electric cutter with the help of manual labour using required tools and tackles.. Fixing of fabricated trash rack by way of grouting with plane cement concrete work on both the side as well as at the bottom of the canal. Complete job includes cost of material, transportation charge, fixing charges at site. The bidders are advised to visit the site and quote the rate. Any alternation/ modification or variation in dimensions at site if necessary is to be carried out by the firm
