M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on ceiling surfaces of any description, finished even and smooth all as specified incl taking down old cement plaster and providing rust proof /anti corrosive treatment to bars and application of zinc primer and bonding agent to concrete surface complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Cleaning of all exposed bars (new & old) alround (ii) Apply a single coat of Alkaline rust converting primer on alround bars new & old as recommended by the manufactuer (iii) Apply two coats of Epoxy phenolic anti corrosive protective coat on bars alround new & old as recommended by the manufactuer. (iv) Supply and appy epoxy based zinc rich rebar corrossion protection system complete all as specified and directed. (v) Providing, mixing and applying two component Epoxy resin concrete bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces as per manufacturers specification including preparation of surfaces by chipping and throughly cleaning of surfaces where ever required Note : Anti corrosive treatment shall be continuous espcially in the regions where pitting, imperfections, etc were present on the surface of the bars. It is important that the rear portions of re bars (those towards the concrete substrate) should not be left without coating.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair face of wall and conrete surface in sunken floor reatment using water proofing compound all as specified and directed . (Rate of water poofing included in quoted rate)

Taking down cement plaster of any description and material and labour for rendering 10 mm thiick in CM 1:4 laid to achieve slope with two coat of teap create mixed (1:2) with cement slurry @500 gm per sqm as per manufactures's instruction in sunken potion of toilets, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement and applying a coat of bitumen primer @0.70 kg /sqm and applying one coat of hot bitumen 85/25 gde @2.6 kg/sqm and one layer of 0.5 mm thick fibre tissue over it, a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 gde @2.6 kg/sqm over it and then applying one layer of 0.50mm thick fibre glass tissue and final layer of hot blown bitumen 85/25 gde @2.0 kg/sqm, complete all as as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling sunken floor all as specified and directed.
