Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus. With cement mortar 1:4(1cement :4 coarse sand). Internal and External Plaster. All work upto floor V level.

Removing dry or Oil bound Distemper by scrapping , sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repair to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with O.B. Distemper washable distemper of approved brand & manufacture (Make Nerolac/Asian) to give an even shade new work (two or more coats) over & including priming coat with distemper primer (Nerolac/Asian). All work upto floor V level.

Providing & fixing ISI marked flush door shutters non decorative type, core block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood & well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands & face veneers on both faces of shutters -35mm thick including ISI marked bright finished MS butt hinges with necessary screws including applying a coat of wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac). All work upto floor V level.

Providing & fixing 12 mm thick water proof ply (Green/Century Make) including cost of bolts/nails & fevicol etc. as required.

Providing & fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 10kg/sqm (04mm thick) glass panes including black enamaled ISI marked M.S butt hinges with necessary screws.Second Class deodar wood, 35 mm thick shutter including applying a coat of wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac). All work upto floor V level.

Providing and laying Double charged vitrified floor tiles of size 600mm x 600mm (8.00 mm-10mm thick) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to lS: 15622 of approved make (Johnson/Kajaria/RAK) in all colors/shades laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete upto floor V level

Painting (one or more coats) with synthetic enamal paint of Nerolac/Asian make of required colour to give an even shade.

Renewing glass panes with wooden fillets wherever necessary. Glass panes weighing 10 kg/sqm
