LED modules powered by Samsung or equivalent make with IP-65 grade to illuminate the letter .The letters are to be positioned on roof top of size 25 ft x 8 ft (approx.) at NIAB Main Building which should be fixed in a position that is clearly visible to farther places and the letters will be in English of said size. The base will be with 3mm ACP sheet TIMEX BOND or equivalent. ACP sheet fitted on double frame fabricated out of 40 mm X 40 mm MS Square pipe, having 3� depth. All five sides of frame covered with ACP Sheet and back side covered with 26-gauge GI sheet. The letters shall be made with CNC Automatic channel made with 1.1mm with Accu bend machine Acrylic sheet letters. The MS frame should be with Anti rust treatment.The emission of letters color shape etc shall be as per the site requirement or as per the instructions of the Engineer Incharge. The LED Sign Board shall be under Comprehensive warranty for a period of five Years
