Removing existing water proofing treatment of any type of layer and disposing off out side defence land Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (Unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the surface by roughening, sweeping clean and washing down and applying cement slurry @ 3 kgs/sqm Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in levelling course average thickness 40mm to match the undulations of roof including form work if any complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick screed/cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 over PCC (while concrete is green) using approved liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply of liquid water proofing compound will measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric ( wt not less than 150 gms /sqm) laid over primed surface including bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 ltr/Sqm by forced complete all as specified and directed comprising of following :- Four course roof treatment consists of as under :- (a) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltr per sqm. (b) Laying of APP based membrane as specified thickness and weight. (c) Applying one coat of bitumin grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm. (d) Applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 100ml/sqm.

Material and labour for Cutting cracks to V section in existing roof or terrace, cleaning out and filling solidy with and including a mixture of hot bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Bituminous gola, with and including 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture 1:3 by weight,of size 8cm x 8cm at the juction of roofing to vertical surfaces.Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only WPC (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Geo textile fibre over roof membrance as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Garware ropes Ltd, STP or Equivalent Make as approved by GE.

Material and labour for fillet of 75mm size using PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate at the junction of all horizontal and vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 mixed with water proofing liquid as per manufacturers instructions for receiving cement tiles complete all as specified and directed. (WPL shall be measured and paid separately as supply only).

Material and labour for Cement Concrete tiles with gray cement and no pigment 25cmx25cmx22mm thick machine pressed set and jointed and pointed with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with and including 5% crude oil by weight of cement cut and polished complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sl item No 15.0 here in before but Water Tank of Capacity exc 500 litres and n.exc 1000 litres complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm dia steel tubing galvanised along with fittings or any other type of pipe and removing to store or cleaning for refixing.Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 20mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 including Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors Complete all as specified and directed. .

Taking down rain water Pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings.Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints,fixed to walls.Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 110mm dia PVC (SWR) bend.Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 110mm dia PVC (SWR) Vent Cowl .Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on parapet walls, chajjas, suspended slabs or similar walls. Including racking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on parapet walls, chajja/slab drops etc and making the surface fair and even mixed with liquid integral WPC as per manufacturer instructions Complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Material and labour for Preparing surfaces of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Asian Paints (Apex Ultima)/ Berger paints (Weather coat all guard) / Jenson and Nicholson (Safe Guard).Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only WPC (Dr Fixit) complete all as specified and directed.
