REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF SECURITY LIGHT, STREET LIGHTS, FLOOD LIGHTS, HIGH MAST, UG CABLE AND CONTROL PANELS AT N AREA AND HALLOMAJRA UNDER GE CHANDIGARH.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out complete, all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, complete, all as specified.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.

Sand cushioning with clean dry sand to cables with layer of sand 8cm before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I

Supply and laying of class B bricks for under ground cable protection as directed by Engineer- in - charge

Taking out existing damage/unservisable PVC\ XLPE insulated, armoured, aluminium conductor 1100V grade cable of any size and core from trenches, pipes, walls and/or poles, complete all as specified . Note: Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid for separaetly

Supply & Laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) cross sectional area 50 sq. mm, 3.5 core,stranded aluminium conductor including cable glands, cable lugs etc , to suit the cable size, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixing along the poles or passing through the pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ducts etc. complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Moulded case circuit breaker 4 Pole, 415 V, adjustable thermal type (40% to 100%) and adjustale magenetic release TPN 415 volt volt 600 Amps with breaking capacity 35 KA,, ICS =100 ICU, Adjustable type, 630 Amps complete all as specifired and as by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Moulded case circuit breaker 4 Pole, 415 V, adjustable thermal type (40% to 100%) and adjustale magenetic release TPN 415 volt 400 Amps with breaking capacity 35 KA, ICS =100 ICU, complete all as specifired and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Moulded case circuit breaker 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable thermal type (40% to 100%) type, adjustale magenetic release TPN 415 volt 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA with ICU=ICS 100% complete all as specifired and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning the area of electric supply, supply installations by cutting and removing jungle sturts, roots, bushes plants small trees from roots etc incl levelling of area and deposited to n.exc 50 mtr to 100 mtr out side installations as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable bus bar chamber after disconnecting existing cable connection carefully. Supply and fixing new bus bar chamber TPN of size 0.6x0.6x0.4 mtr with front and back openable and lockable made out of 3 mm thick CRC sheet and supported on MS angle legs of size 40x5mm of 0.4 mtr-4 Nos. and grouted in PCC 1:3:6. The bus bar chamber shall have 04 nos aluminium bus bar of current carrying capacity 400 amps insulated by colour coded heat shrink sleeves and supported on epoxy insulators. The bus bar chamber shall have space for provision of one No 4 Pole MCCB 200 amps to 300 amps. The bottom of the bus bar chamber shall have detachable plate and provision of suitable size MS glands complete all as specifired and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for trenches less cutting of road and culvert at the span of upto 5 metre for crossing of UG cable and GI pipe of size up to 80 mm dia complete all as specifired and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 45 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specifired and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item no 32 above but LED street light 60 watt.

S&F street light bracket made out of 40/32mm dia, 1.50 mtr long GI tubing, "medium grade" ISI marked, bent to required shape and angle as per site requirement with and including MS clamps size 30X6mm, with nuts, bolts, washers etc for fixing street light fittings and bracket, duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking out existing unserviceable rusted GI bracket complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in reapir LED flood light fitting 210 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal anagement in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specifired and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in reapir post top lantern LED 50 Watt with die cast aluminium spigot and lid cover high efficient LED and clear acrylic cover conforming to IP 65 ptrotection with clear acrylic cover and incl necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified including taking down old unserviceable fittings of any size/ wattage complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in reapir LED bollard 10Watt with die cast aluminium housing with polycarbonate housing and cylinder diffuser IP 65 conforming with 12 watts LED, Driver and surge protector including making new connection with three core PVC copper flexible cable of size 23/.0076 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium, with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspensionwire, two core cables cable flat or circularof size 10 Sqmm stranded conductor for sevice connection.

Cutting & trimming of tree trunks / branches of grith not more than 80 mm falling on or likely to fall on LT over head electrical lines for a clearence of 6 meter on ground from the nearest counductor / pole /earth etc. & desposal of unservicable materials to distance not exc.50 mtrs & clearing of site all as directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Disconnection and removing the u/s Earthing and M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate, electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to using galvanised GI wire 4mm dia as earthing lead as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, connected to earthing test point, earth plate electrode surrounded by mixer of common salt and charcoal dust, including 20mm dia GI watering pipe ‘medium grade’, funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, RCC chamber cover 40mm thick (1: 1 ½ : 3) type B1, excavation & earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR (Part-I) and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and servicing of Trolley mounted 4 Wheel extendable ladder including winch operating system assembly & replacement of following parts as per existing size and shape. Note : - (a) Steel wire rope (As per sample) -30RM. (b) Ruberised wheel heavy duty (As per sample)- 04Nos. (c) Wheel bearing 04 Nos. Note:- Repair should include cost of oiling, greasing, topping up of oil in winch/gear box including welding of broken steel members, denting, penting of the lader complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for MS clamps of suitable size(Fe 290-W gde E 165) 30 x 6mm for fixing street light fittings and bracket including nut, bolt and washers , including cutting, welding duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking out/down unserviceable clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair twin LED aviation obstruction light 120 watts red colour on 16 Mtr high High Mast pole suitable for operating voltage 175 VAC to 275 VAC , and should withstand to the following Operating conditions :- (a ) Temperature ranging from - -20⁰C to +55⁰ C (b) Wind pressure - more than 240 (kph) (c) Visibility - should be visible in Fog and rain. (d) Humidity - more than 80 % Note : Cost of T&P required for fixing of lightning finial on top of high mast is deemed to be included in the quotd rates
