M & L for Cleaning of sewage/drains pipe by Roding or by mechanical means from manhole to manhole located at distance not exceeding 50 M, well flushing with adequate water including taking out and replacing manhole covers in position complete for the following sizes of pipe lines: -

100 mm bore

150 mm bore

300 mm bore

Desludging/Bailing out sludge from manhole of internal plan area upto 2.25 sqm and depth not exceeding 1.5 m, manually or with the help of pumps as per site conditions and disposal of sludge, foul materials as obtained to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and burying into pits and covered with earth including spreading of bleaching powder complete, including removing & replacing manhole cover complete all as directed.

Desludging/Bailing out of septic tank, soakage well or sewage collection sump of any size and in any position manually/mechanically, cleaning and removing the sludge after cleaning to a distance exc 150 mtr but n exc. 200 mtr away from site and burying it into the pits and covered with earth including spreading bleaching powder complete all as directed at site (only sludge will be measured).

M&L for cleaning of blockage of traps of any type or of any size by way of cleaning, desluging foreign material as well as roding of sewer line from trap to first manhole manually/ mechanically and keeping sewer line functional upto first man hole manually entering from floor trap/nahani trap/water closet/soil waste/vent pipe/gully trap and removing the sludge complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier hole etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.09 above but depth exc.1.5m but n.exc.3.0m and getting out complete.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm thick complete all as directed at site

Removing of excavated material n. exc 50 m & deposting where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or RCC) of 150mm bore, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipe grade A 150 mm internal dia (ISI marked) laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes class NP2 of 150 mm internal dia (ISI marked) laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar (1:1) with collars complete all as specified.

M&L Concrete bed to drain pipes of 150mm bore including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tasted; in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious, built in CM 1:4 including demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, including finishing the surfaces fair and even, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule 'A'

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on other than faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, including finishing the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping etc complete all as specified

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in cover slabs (for manholes/water tank etc), and similar articles with plain faces including necessary moulds and setting in cement mortar 1:4 including removal of existing damaged covers complete (reinforcement to be measured and paid separately) including demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F (TMT bars) 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape etc. including cranking and binding with M.S wire not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed,in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trench or in floors

S&F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed,in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trench or in floors

S&F in repair75 mm bore PVC(SWR) bend of any radius

S&F in repair110 mm bore PVC(SWR) bend of any radius

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt,etc from tanks of capacity 500 ltrs and from mouths of circulating pipes etc with using bleaching powder all as specifiedc and directed.
