Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn, wrought, framed hoisted and fixed in positions with spikes, nails , M.S. flat, angle / cleats with bolt and nuts complete including kiricide oiling two coats to unexposed surfaces of the timber (M. S. flats, angle cleats and bolt and nuts required for flats, angle cleats wherever necessary shall be measured and paid separately) . (a) With Gamari / Bonsum / sundi.

Providing, fitting and fixing hard board sheet ceiling wIth approved quality with necessary nails, wood screws including Ist class local wood 50mm x 12mm (hollock/ bonsum/ sundi) beading including painting two coats to timber beads complete as directed (ceiling joist to be measured and paid separately). a) 4.5 mm thick.

Providing, fitting and fixing steel window / ventilator (openable) of standerd rolled steel section as per relevent I.S. Code-1038 joints mitered and welded with 15mm x 3mm x 100mm lugs embedded in cement concrete block of M-10 grade including providing and fixing of projecting hinges (not more than 65mm and not less than 15mm wide) bolting device and steel handles, peg stays of 300mm long etc. complete as per drawing including applying a priming coat of red lead paint.

Supplying, fitting and fixing door frame made of M.S. equal angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 5mm fabricated, welded, mitred and jointed as per relevent I.S. codes including fitting 8nos. of M.S. hold fast, providing closing / holding device for two nos. tower bolts of door for each side and 1 no. for fitting and fixing Aldrop (for single leaf) to the frame for fixing the door to the frame, applying primer to all steel surfaces fixing the frame to the wall / R.C.C. members by embedding the hold fast securely in C.C. block of M-15 grade complete at all levels as specified and directed. (Door hinges to be paid as per relevant item of the schedule of rates).

Steel work riveted and / or bolted / riveted in built up sections, frame work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming red-lead paint upto 4.6m height above plinth level including drilling holes, supplying, fitting and fixing with bolts and nuts or welding, if necessary as directed. a) In beams and joists with connecting plates / angle cleats.

25mm thick cement concrete topping 1:2:4 (1-cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 coarse aggregate of 12mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement finish to be laid in panels including curing complete as directed.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick to cement concrete 1:3:6 with coarse aggregate of 20mm nominal size including fnishing the surface with 10mm thick cement plaster in proportion 1:3 with a floating coat of neat cement finished.

Providing drain with in cement concrete (1:3:6) 10cm thick sides 10cm thick bed over brick flat soling including 15mm thick cement plastering in prop. 1:3 finished with a floating coat of cement slurry as directed with necessary shuttering of sides and earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and refilling the sides after completion of work as specified. i) 300mm wide and average 150mm deep with bed slope 1 in 150 with initial depth of 100mm

10mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. (b) In cement mortar 1:4

Distempering two coats with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade an new wall surface to give an even shade, over and includind a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brooming the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth. (i) Priming coat with distemper primer

(ii)Top coat

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after thoroughly brooming the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matters including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth.

Finishing wall with waterproofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface (two coat) to give an even shade after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces over 100mm in width/girth after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knotting. a) With ready mixed paint, wood primer (Pink)

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asiant paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint, J & N paint / Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping. i) Surface over 100mm in width or girth. a) General purpose (Asian paint / Berger / ICI / J&N / Nerolac)
