Aluminium structural glazing work-Providing and fixing of specially designed high performance semiunitized system using aluminium section of Jindal/ Hindalco/Mahaveer make for main mullion, corner mulliom , main transom and top & bottom transom for main frame based structural glazing. Mullion & Transom- shall be out of aluminium section size of 63.5 x 58x weight 1.350 kg/m. Anodizing - The surface of aluminium section shall be finished with 15 micron anodizing in required shade. Single shutter section for Glass panel-Cessframe of 51.88 mm X 27.5 mm (weight @ 0.586 Kg/Mtr, Jindal Section No 22740 or equivalent) M.S. clamp - size- 75x75x6 with 10 mm Hilti fastners fixing for mullions.Glass 6mm thick pyrolatic solar control coated heat reflective and tougnened glass of saint Gobain or equivalent of approved shade.(glasses to be fixed using spacer tape and sealing the glasse joints with 789 Dow Coming weather proofing silicon) The whole system after installation shall be completely water proof/ weather resistant, sealed against air and water complete as per drawings, requirements, specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of passanger/goods/stretcher or bed elevator of group 1 (Having gearless drive with machine room) having following main features:

(a) MOTOR : Gearless lift drive comprising of high starting torque lift duty, 3 phase 440 Volts A.C. permanent magnetic synchronous motor of proper rating with high efficiency shall be used.

(c) Traction Media: main hoist falt coated steel belt/rope. Thimbles of spring permit adjustment of uniform tension for smooth operation of the elevator Pulse belt monitoring system to avoid the cut in the belt.

(d) Car : Car should be with MS platform with bracing of adquated size and to sustain the impact load cabin plus passangers with safety factor of fire for steel with antiskid PVC flooring and side panels should be of stainless steel with honeycomb / moonrock finish of sheet of grade 304 duty with S.S. handrails. Car ceiling shall be steel finish with aesthetic appreances with LED ceiling lights. The size of the car shall be taken as per available lifr well size and relevant code of BIS for lifts. Car panels will also be of SS 304 grad efinished with emergency stop device, emergency alarm, mechanical door safety device, fuul length infra-red curtain in caar door, facility of auto / attended mode. All car panel buttons and all floor switches must be with brail language as per lift act. Agency shall also provide & install 1 No 2 MP, IR , IP based ceiling mounted dom Camerian the car complete with connecting cables & accessories (To be connected with existing CCTV system in the building). The inspection unit shall be provided at the top of car.

(e) Landing Doors : All landing door shall be fully automatic centre opening/ telescopic made of with honeycomb / moonrock finish of sheet of grade 304 with key holes and infrared curtains with unlocking facility from outside.

(f) Emergency light: Appropriate rechargeable battery operated LED emergency light in the car and along with alarm switch shall be provided.

(g) ARD : Automatic rescue Device (ARD) shall be provided according to passener capacity with SMF batteries of approved brands as per BSR

(h) Audio-Visual Indication : Audio visual indication in the lift car, showing over loading such that doors kept open till excess load is removed.

(i) Scrolling Indicators : Digital Scrolling indicator system for up-down arrow with floor position indicator shall be rovided inside the car and at all stops/floors.

(j) Buffers : Spring buffers/PU Buffers shall be provided.

(k) Car Fan : Energy Efficient Car fan/ blower with automatic sleep timer shall be provided.

(l) Voice Annunciator : Voice annunciator with suitable music shall be provided in lift car

(m) Self diagnostics system for operational and safety parameters shall be provided in control panel

(n) Mechanical / Electronic over speed governor, door key holes in the floor doors, fireman switch shall be provided.

(o) Lift machine hoisting arrangement in the lift machine room, counter balance to promote smooth and economic operation complete with steel guide rails for the car & counter weight, Trap Door, Lifting hoocks as required and monkey ladders for lift pit should be provided by the agency along with all other steel structure works, foundations for the machine etc as required.

(p) Permanent wiring in lift machine room and in lift well with providing and fixing of electrical distiribution board complete with SP & TP MCB'S proper numbers of light points, with LED fixtures, exhaust fan, 2 nos copper plate/ chemical earthing with 8 SWG copper earth wire and plug points shall be provided by the agency (power supply of 3 phase 440 V shall be made available by department in lift machine room)

(q) all civil work related to installation of lift like finishing, cleaning and levelling of lift pit, white wash of lift well and in machine room shall be done by the lift erecting agency without any extra cost.

(r) Granite or marble cladding around all landing door openings shall be in the scope of lift installation agency and additional payment shall be made according to the actual measurement / schedule by the department to the lift agency.

(s) Agency has to provide all working drawings and documents to comply latest BIS specifications and make proper liasion service for obtaining all necessary permissions.

(j) 20 passangers/1360, 8 stops, rated speed Adjustable upto 1.5 mtr / sec with 2 years comprehensive maintenance / DLP.

Providing and fixing Channeled wood works perforated panels of width 128 mm thickness of 16mm and length 2440 mm or as required by the Architect/ approving Engineer made of a high density particle board substrate with a laminated / veneered facing as per the approved shade/ species & finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side . The boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the visible surface has a ( Helmholtz flutted perforation of 2mm width and 14mm of visible panel /4mm width and 28mm visible panel ) each. The panels shall provide a minimum sag resistance of RH90. and a fire rating class of 1. as per part 7 of BS476. The edge of the panels shall be " tongue and grooved " to receive special clips for installation . The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non -wooven accoustical fleece. The panel shall be mounted on special aluminimum splines using clips provided and approved by Architect/ Engineer Incharge. Installation: - Install wooden battens of section 50x50mm or as approved by Architect on the solid wall horizontally/vertically as needed using screws and plugs at spacing of 600mm C|\C. .Install the first set of woodwn panells by inserting the clips for border channeled wood works ( GTPT002) and insert the groove of the panel into the projecting flange of the aluminium clip. Continue installing rows of panels by inserrting the tongue into grooves of the earlier inserted panel and progressively installing clip sfor inside channeled wood works ( GTPT003) into the next batten till the actual height is achieved .Use clips for border channeled wood works ( GTPT002) to finish the installation . Finish off the edge using wooden mounting of matching colour.

Providing and supplying Optra Accoustical wall panelling with square edges made of fibre glass substrate 25mm thick and wrapped on the front side with an accoustically transparent and fire resistance fabric with an option of colours as per choice of The Architect / Engineer Incharge of size 2100x600 or 600x600mm providing a minimum sound absorption level of 0.90 NRC. ot be affixed to wall using wall panel impalers and constriction adhesives as per instruction laid down by manufacturer. Providing and fixing in position solid hard wood flooring with plank thickness of not less than 22 mm width not less than 120 mm and length not less than 1830 mm (except at wall ends) from reputated manufacturer. The flooring shall be fixed with tongue & groove interlocking joint system with clip method/(synthetic adhesive).
