M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and scrapping of distemper surfaces and applying one coat of Oil Bound Distemper of any light shade complete all as specified and directed.

Same as item No. 1.00 above but on ceiling surfaces.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including all type of tiling, marble chips , terrazo finish where ever existing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or walls tiles incl cement mortar bedding but not backing and rubbish off permises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete of any description in any position as required (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) such as cooking platform, chajjas etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick Light shade vitrified ceramic tiles in floors, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick Light shade vitrified ceramic tiles, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm as on vertical surfaces skirtings, dados etc, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 for laying of floor tiles, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors including finishing the surface rough for laying kota stone / tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramics coloured tiles of size (450x300x 7mm)/350x250x7mm) thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados/wall, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
