Manning, operation of water supply installations at swimming pool for its smooth functioning of water supply system for all days including Sunday/Holidays and cleaning of installations and removing grass from surrounding area, record of running specified in printed log sheet approved by Engineer-in-charge to be supplied by the contractor and routine maintenance and detection of Chlorine Gas leakage, pump gland leakage, valve leakage, attending of minor electrical faults in panel/circuit and its rectification complete all as specified and directed in two shifts as mentioned below :- (a) Swimming pool- shift per day Shift-I - 6.00 Hrs to 14.00 Hrs - 01 No. Operator Shift-II - 6.00 Hrs to 14.00 Hrs - 01 No. Operator Installations shall comprising:- (i) Submersible/centrifugal pumps with motor upto any capacity. (ii) Chloronome plant/bleaching powder Dozer. (iii) Supply and Delivery valve (iv) DG set of any capacity. (v) Electric control panels.

Manning, operation of water supply installations at Diving tank under GE( East) area for smooth functioning of diving tank water supply system for all days including Sunday & Holidays and cleaning of installations and removing grass from surrounding area, record of running log sheet approved by Engineer-in-charge and to be supplied by the contractor including routine maintenance and detection of leakage of chlorine & alum, pump gland leakage, valve leakage, attending of minor electrical faults in panel/circuit and its rectification complete all as specified and directed in one shifts duty as mentioned below. (a) Diving tank- one shift per day Shift-I - 8.00AM to 1600.00PM Appox time - 01 No. Operator including Installations and operating shall be following comprising:- (i) Submersible/centrifugal pumps with motor any capacity. (ii) Alum plant/bleaching powder Dozer/Ioniser system. (iii) Supply and Delivery valve (iv) Electric control panels.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 1.00& 2.00 :- The following works shall be sole responsibility of the contractor and the rates for the same ( addition labours also if any ) are deemed to be included in the quoted item rate (i) Diesel shall shall be issued by the department under Sch “B” free for running of DG set. Collection /transportation of Fuel for DG Set . (ii) Operator should be ITI qualified and having 3 years experience of same work i.e Summing Pool and & D G Set etc. (iii) Maintenance of batteries such as filling of distilled water, replacement of battery terminals and other required materials for making functional of batteries. (iv) Operator will be responsible for testing of chlorination in water at pump house and required testing material & First add Box with all medicine for first add would be provided by the contractor and also responsible for maintaining daily record of testing of water complete and checking / showing and submitted of it resert as daily basis and aloso as per satisfaction of EIC. (v) Cleaning of surrounding area of installations regularly. (vi) Routine maintenance and detection of alum/chlorine Gas leakage, pump gland leakage, valve leakage, attending of minor electrical faults in panel/circuit and its rectification complete and it shall be sole responsibility of the contractor and all as satisfaction of EIC and the rate for the same are deemed to be included in the quoted item rate. (vii) operation of valves of over of bore well & pump set raising main and Distribution at different location as required and as directed by Engr-in Charge. (Viii) Daily record maintain of running of motor pump sets and DG Set specified in printed log sheet approved by Engineer-in-charge shall be sole responsibility of the contractor.

( viii ) Maintenance of quality of water of swimming pool and diving tank to be maint neat and clean of swimming pool and diving tank and it water quality of complete daily bases and also as per satisfaction of EIC with the following measures:- (a) Required maximum man power for pullying/cleaning/brushing & maintenance of suction sweeper mechanery daily bases time and shedule as per direction by SHO agra (b) Chlorination (c) Mixing of chemical as (i) Alum (ii) Soda ash (iii) Copper sulphate (iv) Bleaching powder (v) Chlorine gas/liquid (d) Removing of insects, un-dissolved material and other foreign materials including running of super suction and cleaning brush

Dewatering of swimming pool, balancing chamber and removing all silt and other foreign materials including cleaning the tiles with suitable chemicals and keeping the tiles in wet condition and removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and directed

Dewatering of diving tank, Trial tank and balancing chamber (UG sump) and removing all silt and other foreign materials including cleaning the complete tiles with suitable chemicals and keeping the tiles in wet condition and removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of under ground drainage and inside overflow drainge of indide of swimming pool with suitable chemical including dismantling of PCC block & tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Cleaning of overflow drainage of outer side/ sorrounding area of swimming pool with suitable complete including removing of top cover and after placed the same position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Chlorine gas in returnable gas cylinders( Note :_ The test certificate for servicebility of chlorine gas cylinder shall be submitted by the contractor with no extra cost.)

Supplying and laying sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches /filling in ducts at Sub Stations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion/ laying of 50/40 mm bore GI tubing of any description below/under existing road surfaces / floors at a level not less than 0.60 mtr etc with using mechanical / or manual devices as required at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing after laying pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Cost of equipment tools and plant material (horizontal boring rig machine) required for boring shall be arranged by contractor at no extra cost to the Govt.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified.
