Provision of online UPS for CCRs at Maharana Pratap Airport, Udaipur

Design, supply, installation, connection, testing and commissioning of 2x160 KVA capacity 3 phase input 3 phase output true online UPS system with PWM technology, double conversion parallel topology, isolating transformer, having mimic display, alarm and warning system, control and monitoring, protection, bypass facility etc. and with 12V SMF battery bank suitable to provide a minimum 30 minutes back up at the rated full load for individual UPS. The UPS system shall be capable to cater the 100% unbalance load of Airfiled lighting through constant current regulator(CCR). The work includes MS powder coated battery rack, connectors, batteries interconnection, cabling between battery bank and UPS with required size insulated copper conductor, termination as per site condition etc. complete as required and as per technical specifications.

Supply of 5 C x 120 sqmm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, 1.1 KV grade copper conductor unarmored cable conforming to IS: 7098 part 1 with upto date amendements and conforming to technical specifications.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 5 core 120 sqmm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe OR in the existing masonry open duct OR on wall surface OR on cable tray etc. as required as per site conditions.

Supplying and making end termination with gland and copper lugs for 5 core 120 sqmm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Repalcement of MCCB in existing LT panel with required modification in panel, provision of bus connection, wiring, testing and commissioning etc. complete as required as per actual site conditions and including supply and fixing of following accessories. 1 Nos. 400 A 4P MCCB (Ics=Icu=35 KA) 1 No. of breaker 'ON/OFF' indicating lamps.

Disconnection, shifting, end termination, testing and commissioning of following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade from one panel to another in CCR hall. The work includes supply of required aluminium lugs etc. complete as required.

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance from OEM / authorised service dealer of OEM for 2X160 KVA UPS system for five year after defect liability period of two year (excluding replacement of batteries) complete as required and as per special conditions of contract.

First year after DLP (3% SITC cost including frieght, insurance, transportation etc.)

Second year after DLP (3% commulative enhancement on first year cost)

Third year after DLP (4% commulative enhancement on second year cost)

Fourth year after DLP (4% commulative enhancement on third year cost)

Fifth year after DLP (4% commulative enhancement on forth year cost)
