Supply, Erection and commissioning of 35 Cs. V.T. Mixed flow pumps of 980 RPM, having static lift of 25 feet including MS delivery pipe as per site requirement with all flanges, Y-body as per actual site requirement and MS delivery bends of minimum 8 mm thickness with bituminous based paint inside & culside including flange welded, HT nut-boits, Siphon Breaker Valve bell mouth and support of bend with any other left over item duly painted inner and outer side complete in all respect, as per site included of all civil work also and as per approved technical specifications . (Annexure-A) Note: Impeller of pumps should be designed to lift waste/sludge water of STP and MC Nala.

Supply, erection and commissioning of Solid shaft motor of capacity 150 HP, 980 RPM, 3 phase 415 Volt +-10%, 50 HZwith efficiency class IE2 (as per IS 12615 with latest amendments) suitable for 40 Cs. VT Axial flow pumps with 6 feet lift type vertical flange mounted & as per approved technical specification with earthing of motor complete in all respect as per site requirements complete in all respect as per Annexure-B.

Supply, Erection and commissioning of 10 Cs V.T. axial flow Pump of lift 19.08' including MS Delivery pipe, bend & support of bend as per site requirement & specification approved by technical committee(Annexure-A) Note: Impeller of pumps should be designed to lift waste/sludge water of STP and MC Nala.

Supply Erection and commissioning of solid shaft 50 HP, 415 V(+,- 10%),50 Hz(+,-3%), 1440 RPM, 4 Pole IE2, TEFC ,continous duty, vertical flange mounted squirrel cage induction motor suitable for 10 Cs VT Pump complete in all respect as per approved technical specifications (Motor Terminal box suitable for 70sqmm copper lugs)

Providing and fixing of Chemical earthing by digging diameter 200mm bore, complete with Gl electrode with GI strip of suitable length of 400ft. with proper specification and proper wiring with all allied accessories and coke & salt etc along with name plate complete as per site requirement

Providing and Laying LT Armoured PVC Copper Cable of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core with copper thimbles at both end conforming to IS 7098-1985 as per approved makes.

Providing and Laying LT Armoured PVC Copper Cable of size 185 Sqmm 3.5 core with copper thimbles at both end conforming to IS 7098-1985 as per approved makes.

Providing and Laying LT Armoured PVC Copper Cable of size 400 Sqmm 3.5 core with copper thimbles at both end conforming to IS 7098-1985 as per approved makes.

Supply, installation and commissioning of 1 MVA Transformer, three phase 11KV/440V with first filling of oil and provision of support of cable at transformer near thimbles, LT Bus bars & Copper patti of suitable length & size, Bi-metallic clamp for 630sq mm/1000sq mm cable, Brass Nuts with washers for LT side and leftover items if any as per site requirement alongwith specification with dismantling of existing transformer.

Supply of 415 volt, 1250Amp, 3 Phase 50Hz, Motor Control Centre L.T. Panel with main incommer and 6 no. outgoing feeder with Auto Transformer Starter Air/oil cooled Panel for operating, 4 No. 150 HP Motor 2 Nos. 50 HP Motor fitted with suitable range ACB, MCCB, Air break Contactors, Micro controller based fault protecting devices/relays and other allied accessories complete in all respect with a stand of MS Channel/angle having 2 feet height from floor level & as per approved specification of deptt. (as per Annexure-C). The LT Panel should be complete with capacitor bank of 300 KVAR in 8 Steps with incomer consist of contactor & MCCB. Each step should consist of contactor & MCCB as per technical specifications approved by I & WR Deptt. Haryana as per Annexure-C.
