Excavation in foundations,trenches etc.in all kinds of soil such as pick work,jumper work,blasting work,kankar moorum,singles including decomposed soft and hard rock,including chiselling wedging clearance of bushes etc including shoring,dewatering etc in all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundations etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4sand :8 graded stone aggregate40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement of TATA TISCON / SAIL for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level :- TMT steel.

Brick work using 2 nd class common burnt clay building bricks in Superstructure in cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in: (5.1) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Floors etc.upto 200mm. In thickness.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness including hinges jumb lock jamb,beed and if reuired angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50X25 mm or base ties of 1.25 mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by mechanical means,adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with guards,lock strike plate and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretretment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.PROFILE -A

Providing and fixing steel glazed doors,windows and ventilators of standerd rolled steel sections joints mitred and welded with 16x3.15 mm lugs 10 cm.long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15 cmx10cmx10cm size of 1:3:6(1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plug and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required and iron fittings,including providing and fixing of glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sesh putty of approved make complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint.

Providing and fixing MS Grill of required patterns in wooden/ angle frames of windows etc. with MS flats, square round bars with round handed bolts and nuts or by screws Plain Grill complete in all respect.

15mm. Cement plaster in single on fair side of brick / concrete / stone walls for interior plastering up to all heights including arises internal rounded angles chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm, in girth and finished even and smooth in cement morter 1:4 ( 1 cement 4 sand )

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement :3sand) including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement 40 mm thick.
