Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor cross sectional area or size 25 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m depth & not exceeding 1.5m in width for laying of LT UG cables etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level and not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying dry fine sand for cushioning of underground cable laid in trenches/duct complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat size 250mmX 150mmX 40mm in trenches for cable protection keeping width of the cover parallel to the length of the cable all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique/mannually/mechanically suitable for 100 mm dia GI pipe and necessary machine complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade of 100mm dia laid in trenches for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Panel inner sheet made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet factory made polycarbonate approx size 1000x600x300mm (shock proof, rust free, corrosion free, dust proof, dust proof (heat ventilation) acid and chemical resistant, fire retardant, having high impact, made of halogen and silica free, recyclabel material) UV resistant, having high grade gasket made of polyurethane, should withstand glow wire test at 96 degree Centigrade shall be flame retardant. The LT panel shall be as per CPRI certification with switchgear assemblies as per IEC 60439-1. The LT Panel mounted on angle iron frame of size 40mmx40mmx6mm thick upto 60 cm height including necessary excavation & PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 foundation for grouting of LT panel complete with multifunctional meter, Phase indicator LED Lamp for RYB phase having front opening Door with locking arrangements and suitable to accommodate the following :-

Dismantling and taking down existing steel tubular /PCC pole 9 mtr long including necessary earth work, breaking of PCC and shifting to new location complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing of pole retrieved serviceable from ser item No. 17.00 above including fixing of Junction box SMC KIOSK box water proof IP-54 of size 140x140x95 mm incl fixing of terminal connector 100A 4 pole suitable for in and out connection of 4 core cable fixed on pole complete all as specified and directed. Note: Eartwork, PCC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) for pole foundation etc including filling in road cuts etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in base foundation/Copping of pole including 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made panel approx size 1200x500x1700mm and tested LT indoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated electrolytic Aluminium bus bars TPN of capacity 800 Amps rating installed on DMC insulators with bus bar chamber. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, and inner sheet made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel Mounting Channel frame work made out of MS angle iron 75X40 mm x 5 mm thick duly coated with zinc metal coating, front opening type for installation of separate cable alleys, busbar chamber and switchgear compartments. Provision in cable alleys to be kept for bottom cable entry for incoming and outgoing cables. A clear space of 200 mm to be kept from floor level for switchgear compartment. Extended busbar links/ terminals to be provided for heat dissipation. Air ventilation breathers to be provided for heat dissipation. Suitable sized knock-out holes for cables, gland shall be provided as per respective schematic drg of the following equipments/ instruments. Each compartment shall be numbered/ letterd as per the approved drg. Affixing MV Danger plate as suitable intervals/location, panel board compartment size should be suitable to accomodate the switchgear and other accessories as per IE rules, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy based make as per shade approved by Engineer-in- charge, complete all as specified and as directed.
